How to upload and share video from your mobile device to Clickview Online

Personal workspace

Each user has their own Personal WorkSpace in Clickview online, to upload, edit, store and share their own videos. The Personal WorkSpace comes with a Cloud Video Editor to edit and create chapters.

Clickview online cloud storage

Cloud storage is used to sync videos from ClickView Library Server with ClickView Online or to upload your own videos onto your Personal WorkSpace. 

HTML5 Online web player 

ClickView Online has a web player that supports HTML5, allowing videos to be viewed on mobile devices (Apple, Windows and Android). 

Getting started – record and login.

1. Record your video on your mobile device (take care you are using your device right way up and landscape).

2. Open the Clickview player app on your device, or on your device browser, go to: http://clickview.ais.com.sg

3. Login with your school login.

Getting started - upload

1. Go to My library> Workspace.2. Click on Upload.3. Click on Select a video file>Choose existing>camera

roll>tap on the video>tap on Choose.4. Your screen will switch to show the upload progress.5. Enter a title and description. Save.

• On your device, you can tap Return to workspace.• Your video will appear in your workspace.• You will receive a confirmation email when your video is

ready.

• With your video now in your workspace you can assign the privacy settings.

• Setting your privacy to My School will provide links and embed codes to share.

Playlists may be created and uploaded videos added to them.

Selecting the checkbox for a video opens a menu of tools.You can play the video from here.

Selecting edit allows you to insert chapter breaks.

• Selecting download allows you to import your video to the Clickview Library.

• Download your video as a clk file.• Save the file to: computer>shared files>temporary

sharing>AV Dept>Clickview. • The video will be imported for you into Clickview

Library default folder>CV online imports.
