NOTIFICATIONIt is hereby notified for the information of all the Heads of the

Elementary Teacher Training Course (ETTC) of Jammu Province and

the concerned candidates that the Final Teaching Practice (School

Experience Programme) of the ETTC 1st Year Examination, Session

2011-13, Regular candidates and Re-appear / Failure / Backlog candi-

dates shall be conducted w.e.f. 20.05.2013 and the schedule of the

Teaching Practice can be obtained from the office of the Assistant

Secretary, Secrecy (ETT), Board Office, Rehari Colony, Jammu or

from the official website of BOSE i.e. www.jkbose.co.in

w.e.f.17.05.2013.

All the Heads of the ETT Institutions are requested to send the Roll

No. wise detail of the candidates along with the name of the

Institutions (preferably nearer to the College) and the NOC from the

concerned Institution, where the Final Teaching Practice has to be

conducted, in the office of the Assistant Secretary, Secrecy (ETT),

Rehari Colony, Jammu on or before 13.05.2013. Besides the name of

the Internal examiner appointed by the Institution be also intimated.

It is impressed upon all the Heads of the Institutions to direct the

candidates appearing for TP through their institutions to attend the TP

as per the schedule / date sheet failing which no separate examination

of Final Teaching Practice shall be conducted and the Board shall

incur no responsibility in this behalf. Candidates are also directed to

necessarily bring with them, their Registration Cards as a proof of their

identity which they have to produce before the External Examiner /

Board Vigilance squad, on their demand. All the candidates are direct-

ed to remain in their respective T.P. Centre from 8.00 A.M.to 2.00 P.M.

Further, the last date of submission of Internal assessment awards

(in duplicate) of the First year, Annual Session, 2011-13 duly complet-

ed in all respects, strictly as per the performa supplied by the BOSE is

fixed as 14.06.2013 (to be submitted in the office of the Joint

Secretary, Secrecy, JD). In case the Internal Assessment awards are

received after 14.06.2013, a late fee of Rs.330/- per candidate shall be

charged up to 27.06.2013, thereafter in no case, the Internal

Assessment awards shall be entertained and the Board shall incur no

responsibility in this regard.

It is hereby notified for the information of all the teachers who have been promoted as

Masters vide this office order No.3604-16 dated 23-04-2013 that they will submit the fol-

lowing documents duly attested by their respective DDO's to the Chief Education Officers

(concerned) within 7 days from publication of this notification:-

(1) Service particulars/bio-data on performa.

(2) Photocopies of the servicebook.

(3) Photocopies of qualification certificates.

(4) Photocopies of Category certificates.

(5) Character Roll of the last three years.

It is further notified that all the drop out cases as per the cut off dates mentioned below

shall also submit their personal files containing documents as mentioned above to the con-

cerned Chief Education Officers within 7 days from the date of publication of this notifica-

tion.
