1. Middlesbrough Football Club (“MFC”) reserve the right to cancelor rearrange the date and/or time of the event if a match dayfixture is rearranged for any reason, including without limitation,rearrangement due to television broadcasting or cup competitionrequirements or at the request of the governing bodies. You shallnot be entitled to a reduction in the price or other compensation orto terminate the booking as a result of such change.

2. MFC may at its sole discretion withdraw an event date from sale shouldthere be insufficient interest. MFC shall endeavour to provide analternative event date at the same price subject to availability andinterest. In the event that no alternative date can be arranged, or you arenot able to attend the new event date and have notified MFC at the timeof rearrangement, MFC will refund any booking payments made by you.

3. Unless advised otherwise the event will go ahead regardless ofweather/other adverse conditions. Your booking is for the entireevent regardless of any changes to the scheduled act or itinerary.In the event of cancellation by MFC for any reason you will beoffered an alternative event date (if available) or a refund of anybooking payment made by you.

4. You shall not be entitled to cancel the booking once the booking paymenthas been made. You acknowledge and agree that your obligation to payto MFC the booking payment arises entirely on the date the booking ismade, notwithstanding any payment plan agreed with MFC. MFC shallnot refund any bookings cancelled by you, whether in full or part.

5. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person.This is required within 10 days of the booking to secure your booking.If your party numbers decrease we regret that any deposit paid willbe lost and cannot be used against your final balance or paymentagainst any other products or services, i.e. alcoholic beverages.

6. On receipt of deposit you will receive a booking confirmation anda menu choice grid if applicable to the event booked.

7. Full payment, menu choices and information regarding food allergiesor dietary requirements must returned no later than 30 days prior toyour event. In the event that your final balance has not been receivedby the due date, there will be no further reminders and your bookingmay be cancelled with no refund.

8. All event dates will be shared with other parties unless a privatebooking is made. Private rooms are available - please call our Salesteam for further information.

9. If you require special seating arrangements, requests will be notedbut no guarantees will be given. Large parties may be split betweenmore than one table. However they will be seated in the same area.

10. MFC shall liaise only with the event organisers named on thebooking form on all aspects of the booking; any alterations willnot be taken from any other event guests.

11. The booking is for the number of guests on the booking form. MFCwill accept a reduction in numbers of persons attending the event(in writing) up to 15 days prior to the event but no refund shall be

given. If you require additional places MFC shall endeavour (but arenot obliged) to increase your booking number, subject to availabilityand payment by you in advance of the additional booking payment.  

12. MFC operates a full No Smoking Policy inclusive of E-Cigarettesand agrees that it shall not and shall procure that its guests do notsmoke in any part of the Stadium at any time. MFC operates a zerotolerance policy to drugs, abuse to staff and intoxication. Challenge25 will be in operation in all areas.

13. Guests are prohibited from bringing into or consuming at theStadium any food or beverages not supplied by MFC. Any food orbeverage not purchased at the Stadium will be confiscated.

14. The event organiser named on the booking form is responsible forthe behaviour and actions of their guests while at MFC. MFC shallhave the right to refuse admission or to remove from the Stadium anyperson who in the sole opinion of MFC behaves in an inappropriatemanner or terminate the even with immediate effect.

15. You shall be liable for any damage or loss (and costs and expensesarising thereby) suffered by MFC as a result of the behaviour ofyou or your guests and shall pay to MFC on demand the amountrequired to make good or remedy such damages.
