Description of the Project:
Location Manado – Sulawesi – Indonesia
Structures Supply and installation of 11 pair of cable stayed on a new seashore road and balanced cantileverbridge (120 meters total length) connecting to a single-pylon cable stayed bridge (372 meters totallength) over Manado Harbour.
Project value 28,9 billion IDR (2 000 k€)
Position and responsibility :
Project Manager in charge of :� Managing and developing a good relationship with the Main Contractor and the Owner
Representatives.� Coordinating actions with the design manager of the bridge, to make sure design is fitting with
Freyssinet works and reach the quality expected.� Follow-up of Main Contractor target program.� Preparation & negotiation of amendment and extra works.� Identifying potential technical / financial risks and establishing preventive measures to ensure
protection of Freyssinet interests.� Managing site works in accordance with contract requirements and DGP (Major Project Department)
standards regarding HSE.� Management of site team (local staff and expatriate).� Generating and monitoring budget objectives for Freyssinet works, included monthly forecast.� Putting in place a snagging process in order to deliver a high quality works for the satisfaction of the
Main Contractor and the Client.
