PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CENTERPLATE CATERING A VOLUME SERVICES AMERICA COMPANY

All food and beverage services provided by Centerplate Catering are subject to 18% service fee and state sales tax. Buffet Menu Packages Include Linen and skirts to cover food and beverage tables that are serviced by Centerplate, 1-reception table, 1-display table, 1-AV table, and linen for dining tables that are considered for eating based on guarantee reception guest count. Service under Minimum Guest Count A labor/setup fee charge of $150 will apply for buffet functions that are below the “minimum guest count”. Reservations A signed contract and a valid credit card held on file are required to confirm your event. Payment Schedule 30 (thirty) business days prior to your scheduled event, 50% of the estimated food and beverage cost is due. 10 (ten) business days prior to your scheduled event your final guest count guarantee and 100% of the estimated total cost is due. If total payment is not received, Centerplate reserves the right to cancel all scheduled services. Any additional costs incurred during the event will be billed separately and payable upon the end of service. Guest Count Guarantee A final head count is due ten (10) business days prior to your scheduled event. An administrative fee of no less than 10% surcharge will be charged for any changes made to your event after the ten (10) day deadline if changes can be accommodated. Pricing Guarantee Food and beverage prices are guaranteed six (6) months in advance of event. Anything prior to six (6) months is subject to change. Length of Service To ensure quality, integrity and safety of food and beverage product, food service duration is limited to a maximum of two hours. No outside food or beverages of any kind will be permitted into the event function with the exception of pre-arranged accommodations. Alcohol Services Centerplate requires that beverages be dispensed by Centerplate employees. Alcoholic beverages will be denied to those guests who appear to be overly intoxicated or underage. Security personnel charge will be added to any service providing alcohol at $25.00 per hour. I have read, understand and agree to the payment terms and conditions of this contract. Please sign and return a copy of your banquet event order, invoice, and this payment and conditions agreement thirty (30) days prior to your event to confirm booking.
