How soon do I have to book the tables?Tables are on a �rst come �rst served basis. We have a limited number of parties per day, so it is best to act quickly to avoid disappointment.

How soon do I have to decide on the menu?You can book the tables without deciding the menu to secure the seating even with an approximate guest count. The menu must be decided 2 weeks before the event.

What is required to book the tables and terms of payment?A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to book and secure the tables for the approximate number of guests. 50% will be required 2 weeks before the event along with the con�rmed menu. Full payment is due on the day of the event.

When do I have to let you know the �nal guest count?The �nal number of guests is required one week before the event.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, (Credit card payments must be in person) Cash, PayPal and Email Transfer.

Do you o�er discounts for children?Children 3-9 years are half price and children under 3 years are free.

How long do we have the tables for? 3 hours. Or if you would like overtime, it is possible depending on the time of day, night and/or season.

Do you have a private party room?No. However, we can make your event a semi private dining experience using our moveable half walls and decorative dividers, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant.

What is required to have private dining or close the restaurant to other guests?It depends on the day, evening, weekend or weekday. A minimum food, drink and service cost will be required. Call us to get the details.

What if more guests arrive unexpectedly?If the restaurant is fully booked by you, we will not exceed the licensed capacity of the restaurant. However, we can accommodate extra guests at an additional charge per person.

Are drinks included? No. However, we o�er drinks by the pitcher for pop and ice tea based on consumption. Co�ee and hot tea may be order by the carafe. Specialty drinks are also available by the pitcher. Another option is to order from our drink menu.

Can I add on extra dishes to my menu? Do you have bar packages and sweet table packages? Giveaways?Yes, you can add on other dishes. The cost will depend on your add-on. We can customize bar packages, sweet tables and giveaways based on your preferences.

Do you accommodate guests who are vegetarians, on a gluten free diet, have food allergies and dietary requirements? Arrangements can be made for speci�c dietary needs. We have numerous vegetarian, gluten-free and nut free menu options. However, we are not a gluten-free or nut free facility. We cannot guarantee cross contamination. Please advise us of any allergies.

Do you have a karaoke machine and microphones? Do you have DJs or live musicians available?Yes, we have a karaoke machine and microphones along with a large screen available for rental. However, it is not permitted until 9 pm, unless if you have booked the whole restaurant. There is an overtime fee after 10 pm of $100 per hour for 3 servers. We also can provide DJs and live entertainers for an extra fee.

Can I bring my own birthday cake? My own wine? How about outside food?You may bring your own birthday cake as long as the cake is made by a bakery or certi�ed food handler. There is a corkage fee of $20 per bottle if you bring your own wine. We provide the wine glasses. Outside food is not permitted under any circumstances.

Do you provide balloons, centerpieces or table clothes?You may bring your own balloons and centerpieces and place them yourself. We have o� white tablecloths available for a rental fee, however you may use the restaurant’s complementary tablecloths.

Can I hang up my banner?Yes. However, you may use banners without nails or tape, that doesn't damage paint, walls or décor.

Are there wheelchair access and handicap washrooms? Yes.

Are there baby changing tables and high chairs? Yes. However, there are a limited number of highchairs. We have a baby changing table in the ladies washroom.

Is there free parking? Yes, we have ample free parking, which your guest must be advised to park behind the building or underground. We ask that you include this information on your invitation.
