Agility Fairs & Events (a specialized exhibition & event logistics provider) is the recommended freightforwarder for domestic and international freight for the AACB 55th Annual Scientific Conference.

Agility can arrange all local, interstate and international transport services to the venue. Prior to theexhibition, Agility will contact all exhibitors to discuss specific transportation and other logisticsrequirements.

We recommend using Agility as their service is door-to-venue and they work weekends andoutside normal business hours.

If you are using Agility for freight, your goods will be delivered to the nominated loading dock at thevenue.

Please note, that Agility is not onsite at this show. Therefore, exhibitors should makearrangements directly with the venue, for the movement of their goods from the loading dockto the exhibition stand. This includes all materials handling (forklifts, pallet jacks, trolleys)requirements.
