Q: How Can I Book a Motorhome?A: The easiest way to book is Online or you can speak FREE of CHARGE to one of our friendly expert booking advisors. Our booking deposit is only £250.00 or the full amount if you are travelling within 8 weeks of departure. We accept most payment types. We also accept Pay Pal.

Q: What Documents Do I Need?A: Your full driving licence and two proofs of address such as bank statements or utility bills dated within the last three months. We will ask you to provide a DVLA driving summary to validate your driving licence information with up to date details for our insurance purposes. We will require access to your online DVLA record. This is to validate any driving endorsements should you have any. You must have a driving license to hire and be able to produce it for inspection by us or the relevant authorities.

Q: I Cannot Find my Driving Licence, can I Still Hire?A: We have to have a copy of your licence for insurance purposes. You can apply for a new licence easily through the DVLA website. It usually takes a week to arrive.

Q: Who can Drive the Motorhome?A: Anyone between the ages of 25-70 with 2 years’ driving experience and a clean license with up to 6 minor points. If you have more convictions please contact us. We do not charge for points on your license in most cases. One driver is included in the rental. Additional drivers are charged at £5 per day. The motorhome can be rented if you live within the EU, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.

Q: What is the Security Deposit?A: We pre-authorise a £1000 insurance excess security deposit when you collect the motorhome and in the event that damage occurs to the motorhome, this is used to cover the damage. However we offer a Peace of Mind Policy for only £15 per day that will reduce the excess to only £250.00. On a 14-day hire this would save you over £500 if you are unfortunate enough to damage the motorhome. Check our Terms and Conditions for exclusions.

Q: Will I be Shown how to Use the Motorhome?A: You will receive expert advice on how to use the motorhome when you arrive at our rental depot. The handover will show you all the key features, how to use the various items within the motorhome, how to replenish the fresh water, use the on-board heating systems etc. The motorhomes are very easy to use and operate. User guides are provided along with demonstration videos.

Q: What if I Damage the Motorhome?A: Don’t worry! Accidents do happen, thankfully very rarely. Firstly, contact our office and inform us of what damage has taken place. This can be done by phone, email or text and we are available 24 hours a day. In most instances, we can rectify the issue and provide assistance. For peace of mind you can purchase cover which reduces your insurance excess to only £250.00.

Q: Can I Take the Motorhome Out of the UK?A: Yes. This is very popular and a great way to explore Ireland & Europe. You can pre-purchase essential insurances and European driving packs before you travel. Check out our All-Inclusive Euro Traveller package which includes all you need for your trip for only £199.00.

Q: Can I Park my Car with you whilst we are Away?A: Yes. We o�er complimentary car parking for one vehicle at our secure compound. Whilst you’re away we can service or valet your car. Ask one of our team for more details.

Q: Do you Offer Early Collection and Late Drop Off?A: Yes, when we have availability. This can be pre-booked with our reservations team for only £45.00 for each service. Our collection time is from 2p.m. The early collection allows you to collect the motorhome from 9.30a.m. Motorhomes must be returned by 11a.m. The late drop off service allows you to return the motorhome up to 4.30p.m. Call our team to reserve the early/late service.

Q: Do you Provide Towels and Bedding Packs?A: You are more than welcome to bring your own towels, duvets and bedding from home. We do provide this service for a small charge to save you time. Bedding packs which contain a duvet, pillows, covers and sheets along with a bath towel are available from only £15.99. The items are top quality and mostly purchased from John Lewis.
