This program is designed to be simple to follow and something that you can

maintain for life. Our mentors have personally completed this program and

had huge successes!

This is a 2 Phase program which is low calorie, lean-meat and is carb/sugar

free. The best part though…NO EXERCISE!! That’s not to say you can’t

exercise though if you want to. Your personal mentor will help tweak the

program for you if this is the case.

The first Phase is the Transformation Phase. This phase is 30-40 days long

(depending on what you choose) during which time you will likely lose 10-15%

of your body weight. You mono-eat to heal the gut and you will be given a

list of gut friendly foods that you can choose from for each meal. Below is an

example of what you would have in 1 day:

The second Phase is the Lifestyle Phase. If doing multiple rounds then you do

the Lifestyle phase for 2 weeks between Transformation rounds. Once you

reach goal weight you then stay on the Lifestyle Phase. In the Lifestyle Phase

you eat from a Lifestyle Food List and stick to 1000-1200 calories per day. You

will find that there is a lot more variety than the Transformation Phase.
