Two of the most surprising teams in NFL betting meet this Sunday in Jacksonville as the Jaguars host the Oakland Raiders. The oddsmakers have opened
up the Jags as 4.5-point home favorites.
Oakland comes into Week 14 with a 6-6 SU record and has an idetical record at the betting window.
They are .500 for the first time this late in the season since their Super Bowl season of 2002. The Raiders come off one of the most shocking results
on the entire Week 13 NFL betting card as they upset San Diego as 13-point underdogs, 28-13.

For years, this was a team to stay away from at the betting window. However, they are starting to make the bookies pay of late by covering the pointspread
in each of their last five games.
Beware that Jacksonville is still not a good team to wager on when they're favored, particularly when laying 3.5 to 9.5 points as they're just 1-8 ATS in
that role the last three seasons.
That being said, this might be a good opportunity to lay the points with Jacksonville. There is an
excellent NFL betting system which says that the Jaguars are the play here. Since 1983, NFL road
underdogs who won the week before by 14 points or more as an underdog are just 63-112 ATS.
Oakland, themselves, is 12-25 ATS off a SU dog win. Another reason to play against the Raiders is the
start time of this game. Quite simply, the Silver and Black are not good in early kickoffs (10 AM PT).
Already this season, they've lost at Tennessee and Pittsburgh by a combined score of 73-16, missing the point spread by a combined 43.5 points. Our
