The brief:

A major initiative to improve the image of the IT department within the business internationally. Reporting to the BAU manager, my task was to produce a user-friendly, comprehensive catalogue of IT services outfacing to the business.

Achievements:

I made a demonstrable contribution to the IT department image by:

revising outdated information and producing standardised templates;

creating a comprehensive catalogue of quick reference guides, graphical user guides and FAQs describing all IT services (e.g. remote network access, access via mobile devices, video conferencing equipment and facilities, printing/scanning, email/calendaring, on-boarding procedures).

Seconded to project for migration from Cisco Communicator to Microsoft Lync (communication & collaboration tool), I effectively managed the change across all INPEX offices internationally by:
