Sean leads the HR team for Asia, based in Singapore. Sean is an experienced HR recruiter who has worked in the Asia HR community for years specialising on senior level appointments. His extensive experience has enabled him to recruit across numerous sectors delivering recruitment solutions up to CHROs & Director level for Asian conglomerates, global MNCs, private equities, start-ups and SMEs. He divides his time between the Singapore & Hong Kong offices overseeing Frazer Jones’ regional business strategy across South East Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea and India. He is actively executing HR searches, partnering with CEOs and CHROs to appoint their regional Heads of HR to build their regional and country HR teams.

Chris brings along over 7 years of recruitment experience, working across all industries and building strong relationships with HR talent around the globe. Demonstrating strong consultative skill sets which he applies effectively to understand and meet his clientele needs, Chris is skilled in placing numerous mid to senior level talent for SMEs and international businesses within Asia. Fiona graduated in 2001 with a degree in Business and Finance, achieved whilst working full-time in recruitment. Fiona has over 15 years’ recruitment experience, providing elite candidates into leading businesses across the UK, Singapore and South East Asia. She built strong partnerships with international firms as well as leading domestic organisations across different industries. Fiona joined the Frazer Jones team in 2011 as a Manager with a focus on the professional and financial services sectors.

Michelle leads the HR team for North Asia, based in Hong Kong. She started her HR career nearly 20 years ago and undertook generalist, business partner as well as recruitment and HR projects roles within the legal as well as banking/technology sectors in both London and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Frazer Jones she led the HR practice for a regional multi-disciplinary recruitment firm for nearly 4 years. She has strong experience placing Senior HR Executives - typically to APAC Head level across all sectors as well as disciplines.

Jackson graduated with a Master degree in Business Management from the University of Hull in the UK in 2013. He started his career in recruitment with a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in HR recruiting for nearly 2 years. Jackson joined Frazer Jones in 2016 as a researcher to continue his career in HR recruitment in a range of industries. Jackson speaks native English and Cantonese.

Eugene graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a degree in Economics and Finance and has 6 years’ experience in a consultative sales environment. He started his career at Citibank in Singapore where he was a Financial Consultant for 3 years, before joining an international firm specialising in Human Resources.
