The application process will take place on United Way’s E-Cimpact platform. You can add the
application if your agency is already using this system, or if you are new to this system, register
your organization to access it.
United Way/City of Columbus-funded agencies: Login to E-CImpact at https://agency.e-cimpact.com/login.aspx?org=37145F.
If you have not yet accessed this system, contact your agency’s primary contact (typically the Executive Director) for your
login and temporary password. If you are unable to access the system, send an email to
[email protected] for further assistance.
Agencies not funded by United Way or the City of Columbus Human Services must create an account: Go to E-CImpact
at https://agency.e-cimpact.com/login.aspx?org=37145F. Note: You must have an EIN to register an agency. Follow the
prompts on the website to set up your agency profile and register any program(s) for which you wish to request funding. If
you need assistance navigating the site, access the user guide in the resources section in the lower right corner of the home
page. If you need further assistance, email us at [email protected] or call 614-241-3073 and ask to speak
with a member of our Data Science team.

EXISTING AGENCIES: Once logged in
• Go to the Apply/Report box on the left side of the home page
• Agencies must click Grant Applications and select the FC 2020 Community Partnership Grant
Application, then click continue. The application forms will then be available to your agency.
• Under Franklin County Board of Commissioners, Click on FC 2020 Community Partnership Grant
Application
• You will either select an existing program (applies to United Way/City funded agencies)
• OR you will create a new program (existing agencies may also need to do this).
• IMPORTANT: Avoid creating a duplicate program if it is already in the system.

confirmation
screen (and an
email will be

to all forms required to
complete the
application. Notice
there are now 2 forms
under the Program
Name.
The rest is up to you!

Complete Agency and Program level forms: Click on each form and enter your responses. The
system will auto-save your work. Note that there are required file uploads. Applications cannot be
submitted unless all required questions on forms and all required documents are uploaded.

The status bar makes it easy to track your progress. Once complete, the
status bar will be green and you will not be able to make edits. You will receive an
email confirming that the application was successfully submitted. You will only see the red submit
button when all sections are in
Completed/Ready to Submit
status.
