Holland Code• After taking the Holland code test my

results were EIS• E= Enterprising- people are good talkers, and use this skill to lead or

persuade others.  They also value reputation, power, money and status, and will usually go after it.

• I= Investigative- people like to think and observe rather than act, to organize

and understand information rather than to persuade.  They tend to prefer individual rather than people oriented activities. 

• S= Social- people seem to satisfy their needs in teaching or helping situations. 

They are different than R and I Types because they are drawn more to seek close relationships with other people and are less apt to want to be really intellectual or physical.

Birkman

• My color results were red, red after taking the birkman test

• People with red Interests like hands-on / problem solving job responsibilities and professions that involve practical, technical, and objective activities.

Career Path

• My Career path is in the field of law enforcement preferable Detective/ private investigator

• This job interest me the most out of all the jobs I researched

• Each test I took also led me to this job from childhood games to the birkman test to the Holland code

• Also get paid a good salary after out of the academy

Important Skills

• Working in Teams- is the number one skill for this job because for each case you work with different people and different organizations

to share evidence • Critical thinking- you have to be able to think outside the box and

use what you have to make a conclusion• Problem solving- sometimes you don’t have a lot of evidence and

you have to make with what you got and put pieces together• Use of technology- With the evidence you get you have to use all

types of technology to find out information about it and do research on it

• Multi tasking- This would help you because your not just working on one case at a time you can be working on multiple ones and they can take a lot of time for each case
