STRONG CHARACTER FOR A DISTINCTIVE DESIGNAn element and material typical of traditional Milanese Architecture, Ceppo di Gré is usually used for external basements in the city’s buildings. It’s an Italian rock from the place of the same name, Gré, whose name means “rock with pebbles”. The collection has a marked irregularity of grains, or pebbles, with a mix of mini and macro-stone patterns that makes it visually striking and a stunning feature of residential or commercial areas, both indoors and outdoors. Ceramica Fioranese interprets the main characteristic of the material, offering a more structured ceramic version with the most common natural and polished finishes. The colours proposed are faithful to the original source of inspiration and create a harmonious and balanced context. The colours are in line with the Fioranese’s Dot series: the objective is to create environments in which the strong, hard features of stone are tempered by powdery, soft concrete. The inspiration behind this combination is the Bocconi University building in Milan (designed by the Irish firm Grafton in 2008), which has won multiple awards at international level, in which exposed concrete and Ceppo di Gré mix together in this sober, distinctive space in perfect harmony with the surrounding context of Milan.

UN CARACTÈRE FORT POUR UN DESIGN DISTINCTIFElément et matériau typique de l’architecture traditionnelle milanaise, le Ceppo di Gré est habituellement utilisé pour les fondations externes des bâtiments de Milan.Il s’agit d’une roche italienne de la localité homonyme de Gré dont le nom signifie justement “roche avec cailloux”. La collection présente une forte irrégularité des grains, ou cailloux, avec des zones à petits cailloux et à gros cailloux qui rendent son aspect visuel percutant et qui font d’elle la protagoniste absolue d’espaces résidentiels ou commerciaux, aussi bien intérieurs qu’extérieurs.Ceramica Fioranese en interprète la caractéristique principale, en offrant une version céramique plus structurée dans les finitions les plus répandues, naturelle et polie. Les couleurs proposées sont fidèles à la source d’inspiration et créent un contexte harmonieux et équilibré.Les tonalités sont en harmonie avec la série Dot de Fioranese : l’objectif est de créer des environnements dans lesquels cohabitent les traits forts et durs de la pierre adoucie par le ciment poudreux et doux. La source d’inspiration de l’association est le bâtiment de l’Université Bocconi de Milan (projet du studio irlandais Grafton 2008), récompensé plusieurs fois au niveau international, où le béton à vue et le Ceppo di Gré s’entremêlent dans un espace sobre et distinctif en harmonie avec le contexte milanais.

CARATTERE FORTE PER UN DESIGN DISTINTIVOElemento e materiale tipico dell’Architettura tradizionale milanese, Il Ceppo di Gré è solitamente utilizzato per i basamenti esterni degli edifici Meneghini.E’ una roccia italiana della località omonima di Gré il cui nome significa appunto “roccia con ciottoli”.La collezione presenta una forte irregolarità dei grani, o ciottoli, con aree a sasso mini e a sasso macro che la rendono visivamente impattante e protagonista assoluta di spazi residenziali o commerciali, sia indoor che outdoor.Ceramica Fioranese ne interpreta la caratteristica principale, offrendo una versione ceramica più strutturata e le più diffuse finiture naturale e lucidata. I colori proposti sono fedeli alla fonte ispirativa e creano un contesto armonioso ed equilibrato.Le cromie sono in linea con la serie Dot di Fioranese: l’obiettivo è quello di creare ambienti in cui convivono i tratti forti e duri della pietra addolcita dal cemento polveroso e morbido.La fonte ispirativa dell’abbinamento è l’edificio dell’Università Bocconi di Milano (progetto dello studio irlandese Grafton 2008), multipremiato a livello internazionale dove calcestruzzo a vista e Ceppo di Gré si mescolano in questo spazio sobrio e distintivo in armonia con il contesto milanese.

STARKER CHARAKTER FÜR UNVERWECHSELBARES DESIGNDer Ceppo di Gré ist ein typisches Element und Material der traditionellen Mailänder Architektur und wird normalerweise für die Außenfundamente der Gebäude verwendet. Es handelt sich um einen italienischen Naturstein aus dem gleichnamigen Ort Gré, dessen Name „Fels mit Kieselsteinen“ bedeutet.Für die Kollektion typisch ist die sehr unregelmäßige Körnung, d.h. in diesem Fall die Kieselsteine. Die Flächen zeigen Einschlüsse kleinerer oder größerer Kieselsteine, die dieses Material optisch besonders wirkungsvoll machen. Das Material wird zum absoluten Protagonisten von Wohn- oder Geschäftsräumen im Innen- und Außenbereich.Ceramica Fioranese interpretiert dieses Hauptmerkmal und bietet eine strukturiertere Keramikversion, die in den gängigsten natürlichen und polierten Oberflächen erhältlich ist. Die angebotenen Farben folgen treu dem Naturvorbild und schaffen ein harmonisches und ausgewogenes Gesamtbild. Die Farben entsprechen denen der Serie Dot von Fioranese: So können Räume gestaltet werden, bei denen die starken und robusten Eigenschaften dieses Steins durch den weichen und staubigen Charakter der Fliesen in Zementoptik gemildert werden. Inspirationsquelle ist das international preisgekrönte Gebäude der Universität Bocconi in Mailand (entworfen vom irischen Studio Grafton 2008), wo sich Sichtbeton und Ceppo di Gré in einem schlichten und unverwechselbaren Raum perfekt in den Mailänder Kontext einfügen.
