The frame filters KS PR with replaceable filter media are used for trapping coarse and fine dust in air-conditioning and ventilation units. Metal separators through which media are inserted are placed in the robust zinc-coated frame. A wire grid preventing the media release and increasing an operating safety of the filter is at the air outlet. The medium
inserted between the separators is secured by two wire pressure springs at the air inlet.
The metal separators are surface finished. Remove the fouled media inserted between the metal separators after easy removing pressure springs. Then, insert a new cut-to-size element of the filter media under the frame
edge and push it between the separators, resulting in pleats. Finally, insert the medium at the other end of the frame and secure it with pressure springs. The filters are especially used for the air conditioning and ventilation of factory buildings, office facilities and assembly rooms, health centres, airport terminal buildings, etc.
Field of application
Maintenance, operation and disposal of filtersIf mounted correctly, the KS PR filters do not require any further maintenance. We recommend that the mentioned end pressure loss should not be exceeded and the filter media should be replaced timely. Dispose of the used filter media at landfills or incineration plants.
