· Orders, regardless of order value, will be subject to a freight charge by weight

· Discrepancies with order deliveries, including faulty product, must be notified within 7 days of received delivery

CANCELLATIONS:· Adjustments to orders will be accepted prior to our sell window cut off· Orders can only be cancelled 30 days or more prior to selected delivery months for indent orders PAYMENTS:· Monza Imports trading terms after account a proval are 30 days from statement· Any account which exceeds 45 days will be placed on stop ship, with forward orders risking partial shipment or cancellation· Amounts beyond our trading terms risk being placed into the hands of our credit collections agency.
