foundations of dispensational truth by e. w. bullinger
DESCRIPTION
E. W. Bullinger was the author of several acclaimed works of theological thought from a mid-Acts perspective (i. e., that God set Israel aside temporarily not long after Pentecost in the Acts period) and began forming the Church which is Christ's body by his grace proclaimed by the Apostle Paul. Four years before his death, Dr. Bullinger spoke with Charles Welch and upon hearing his claims of an Acts 28:28 formal setting aside of Israel, he accepted them and completely changed his own stance on the subject in accordance with that. I feel a close kinship with Dr. Bullinger as I too accepted and even taught mid-Acts doctrine, but now I have come to see that contrary to what I had believed, during the Acts period, Paul was preaching the offer of the kingdom to Israel if she would but repent and to Gentiles on an equal basis to share in that blessing if national Israel received it. Israel did not repent and Paul received a further revelation kept secret since before the world began to form the one new man destined for heavenly places in Christ of Ephesians & Colossians apart from the hope of Israel in any way. This is why I've made some of my mid-Acts articles private while I learn more about Acts 28 dispensational teaching and take the time to revise my articles to reflect this great truth!TRANSCRIPT
