    Reduced registration and forum costs:

    A $300 non-fundable registration fee is required for securing your

    spot on the business forum, payable byApril 25, 2013.Reduced cost for lodging, meals and transportation for May 20-24

    with a May 25th Departure date is $1,200 and is required for allparticipants, payable byMay 1st, 2013. Refund policy: 75% by may15,2013. No refunds beyond may15, 2013.

    Travel Arrangements:Participants are responsible to arrange their own travel to Tukey.

    Arrival dates should be on May 21st, 2013 and departure date on

    May 26th, 2013. Lodging and meals will only be provided between

    May21-may25th.
