Appendix B AGENCY LETTERS: CONCURRENCE,
CERTIFICATIONS, CORRESPONDENCE This appendix contains copies of the pertinent correspondence regarding the EIS process, analysis, findings, and the FAA's determinations. The letters are provided in sequential order by date from 2004 when the EIS data collection was initiated through 2008 and the FAA's selection of a preferred alternative.
