Be sure your installation conforms to federal state, and local codes.In the State of Massachusetts, all installations must comply with therules and regulations set forth within 248 CMR.

Inspect this product to ensure you have all the parts required forproper installation. Product is sold partially assembled but shownfully disassembled for illustrative and service purposes only.

Use only a strap wrench or protected/smooth-jaw wrench on anyfinished surface.

The use of certain plumber’s putty may stain stone or tile surfaces.

* If desired, a beadof caulk or a clear siliconemay be applied where theSPOUT contacts themounting surface.

1. Loosen but do NOT remove the SCREW on theCAP then remove the CAP. Loosen but do NOTremove the PACKING NUT at the base of the TEEthen remove the TEE and RUBBER WASHER fromthe SHANK.

2. Unthread and remove the NUT and lower deckWASHERS from the SHANK.

NOTE: Do NOT remove the RUBBER WASHERbeneath the ESCUTCHEON.

3. Insert the SHANK through the hole on the mounting surface making sure the RUBBER WASHER is beneath the SPOUT then reattach the WASHERS and securely tighten the NUT.

4. Remove the PACKING NUT, METAL WSAHER andO-RING from the TEE to prevent the GUIDE TUBEin the SPOUT from damaging the O-RING.

5. Thread and securely tighten the TEE onto theSHANK making sure to use the RUBBER WASHERprovided.

6. Insert the LIFT ROD into the top of the SPOUT making sure the O-RING is beneath the KNOB.

7. Insert the O-RING and METAL WASHER into thebase of the TEE then insert and securely tighten thePACKING NUT.

8. Slide the CAP up the LIFT ROD and onto the GUIDETUBE then securely tighten the SCREW.

NOTE: Use the KNURLED NUT to adjust the tensionon the LIFT ROD. Do NOT over tighten the NUT.

9. Remove the INDICE then unthread and remove the SCREW, METAL WASHER, HANDLE and STEM.

10. Unthread and remove the GLAND COVER, RUBBER WASHER, TRIM CONNECTOR and O-RING from the SIDEBODY then fully thread the NUTdown the SIDEBODY.

NOTE: Do NOT remove the lower deck WASHERS.

11. Using the O-RING provided, thread the TRIM CONNECTOR back onto the SIDEBODY then let itrest on the mounting surface.

12. Hand-tighten the NUT against the underside of the mounting surface.

NOTE: Do NOT over-tighten the NUT to allow for the proper HANDLE alignment during the HANDLE installation.

13. Using the RUBBER WASHER provided, thread theGLAND COVER back onto the CARTRIDGE until it contacts the mounting surface.

14. Fully insert the HANDLE STEM into the GLANDCOVER and place the HANDLE onto the STEM thenthread and securely tighten the SCREW. Ensure theHANDLE is in the desired orientation then securely tighten the NUT and install the INDICE.

15. Repeat Steps 9 through 14 to install the second (2ND) HANDLE.

16. Connect the SIDEBODIES to the TEE using theSUPPLY HOSES provided. Securely tighten theHOSES and ensure they are not pinched/kinked.

17. Unthread and remove the NUT, TAILPIECE, and theRUBBER WASHER from the LOWER DRAIN BODY.

18. Unthread and remove the LOWER DRAIN BODY, LOWER DRAIN GASKET, and the DRAIN STOPPER from the DRAIN FLANGE. Unthread and remove the KNURLED NUT from the LOWER DRAIN BODY.

NOTE: Do NOT discard the BALL SOCKET.

21. Making sure the BALL SOCKET is in place, insert the PIVOT ROD into the DRAIN BODY and securely tighten the NUT then insert the STOPPER into the FLANGE making sure the SCREW rests on top of the PIVOT ROD. Adjust the SCREW if needed.

19. Set the DRAIN FLANGE into the lavatory (soldseparately) using putty or a clear silicone andattach the LOWER DRAIN GASKET then securely tighten the LOWER DRAIN BODY onto theFLANGE.

20. Re-attach the TAILPIECE then securely tightenthe NUT onto the LOWER DRAIN BODY makingsure to include the RUBBER WASHER provided.

22. Connect the LIFT ROD to the PIVOT ROD using the LINKAGE provided.

NOTE: Both RODS may be field cut.

23. Make final P-TRAP (sold separately) and SUPPLYVALVE (sold separately) connections.

24. Remove the AERATOR, turn on the water to flush out the supply lines, inspect all connections for leaks, and close the DRAIN to ensure it functions properly. Turn off and drain the water then reinstall the AERATOR.
