Unfortunately, our funds are muchmore limited than are the needs in the community, so we have to ask detailed questions todistinguish carefully among the projects and organizations. Please be assured that the timeand effort you spend on this application is very much appreciated.

Before filling out this form, please review the "Grant Distribution Guidelines" for the KellyFoundation to be sure your proposal-qualifies for consideration. You are stronglyencouraged to.send a preliminary letter of inquiry, though a binding determination will not bemade until the full application is submitted.

Please type your answer to each question as concisely as possible, using "not applicable" asyour response to those questions you feel are not germane to your proposal.
