OMEF-GROUP s.a.s. is an Italian

company founded in 1991 in Tagliolo

Monferrato (AL) by Massimo Ferlisi.

Built up in a 2.200 m² indoor area and a vast

outdoor space, for demonstration activities,

it boasts more than 20 years of experience,

acquired in the precision mechanical

manufacturing.

Starting from 2005 specializes in design,

production and sale of professional

equipment for Forestry, Green maintenance

and Agriculture, for use with excavator,

tractor crane and other operating machines,

forming in January 2019, OMEF-GROUP

S.R.L. dedicated to the management of this

company branch.

Tree Shear ˶Big Inch˵ OMEF-GROUP® is a robust and versatile

machine, suitable for breakdowns. The high performance hydraulic cylinder

operates the grab allowing the trunk cut, its contemporary holding and location.

Entirely made of special S700MC steel, which makes it light and powerful, it’s

equipped with an integrated XAR500 Hardox blade that guarantees a clean and

quick cut limiting the operating costs.

BI200LIGHT version is also suitable for connection with tractor crane starting

from 100 cv.

The equipment is studied for operating machines from 2,3 to 24 tons.

the new version CS400H, studied for particularly tenacious and fibrous woods, is

OMEF-GROUP® Log Splitter is suitable for chopping large logs of wood

already cut in extreme speed, ease and safety.

Pre-splitting wood allows a natural drying process and as a result, an increase in

biomass quality and energy yield.

It’s provided with interchangeable Hardox XAR500 blades and trunks extractors as

standard equipment.

As an option it can be equipped with an hydraulic rotator granting a performance

at 360°.

The unit is studied for excavators from 5 to 12 tons.

WOOD SPLITTEROMEF-GROUP® Wood Splitter with Conical Drill or Stump Planer,allows to reduce considerably the volume of logs and to speed up the consequentloading, chipping and shredding operation. with 4 ends conical drill, can break a piece of pre-cut wood into multiple pieces.

Driven by an orbital hydraulic motor, penetrates the wood during its rotation, untilthe wooden fibres open and the trunk brakes.

with Stump Planer, gets rid of the stump completely and in a short time.Studied for excavators from 4,5 to 10 tons.

It can be moreover fitted with Auger Drill.

The machine’s compact dimensions give absolute precision and rapidity.

BLADES SHREDDEROMEF-GROUP® Blades Shredder “Brush Cutter” is highly versatileowing to its low weight and to its piston engine output, which enables it to achievelevels of excellence. Its long lasting heavy blades deliver an excellent cut, throughthe thick grass, shrubs and even the small trunk trees up to about 10 cm. HYDRAULIC MOWER

OMEF-GROUP® Hydraulic Mower has a compact design which makes it

suitable for a very quick and precise cut, guaranteed by 24 nylon wires (which can

be increased up to 42) fixed to a head controlled by an hydraulic motor.

Available in 2 versions:

MOW1 with a cutting diameter of 48 cm

MOW2 with a cutting diameter of 62 cm

It assures an accurate weed cleaning even in limited areas.

PLASTERER MACHINE

OMEF-GROUP® Plasterer is a low operating costs machine. It is valid also

for small construction sites and for renovations. It works using pre-mixed mortar

in bags. It runs with a three-phase electric current and by simply acting on the

control positioned in the spear front, it is possible to start or to stop the flow of

the material, for a total capacity of 145 liters. The machine meets all European

safety standards and it is guaranteed by the manufacturer with CE label. The

single machine is supplied with all necessary technical documents, use &

maintenance manual and a 24 months full warranty.
