The product described in the guidance was developed, manufactured and controlled consi-

dering the necessary safety reguirements.

The product must be installed properly to ensure a proper function and avoid danger for

persons and things.

Please read this installationguide inclusive safety instructions carefully.

Scope of supply:

1x loom

1x bridge plug

1x fastening kit

1. Open the hood.

2.Turn the ignition off!

3.Remove the ignitionkey!

4.Close and lock all doors!

5.Do not open any doors while installing the tuning-

kit!

6.Wait 5 minutes before beginning the installation

In order to avoid damages at electronic vehicle com-

ponents, you have to be sure that you have done all

necessary methods for electostatic discharge .

Install the electronic in an waterproof and vibrati-

onless place. Do not make any changes at the tuning-

kit!

Do not expand or shorten the loom.

The tuningkit has to be attached to the following points::

rail pressure sensor ( Seite 3 )

boost pressure sensor ( Seite 4 )

throttle switch sensor ( Seite 5 )

12V-connection ( Seite 6 )

preparation:

Move the individual strands of the loom to the associated plug connectors

Put the required tools by your side ( if needed )

Take the fastening material at your side

To get the maximum power gain , you have to use „super plus“ (98 ROZ)

unplug the old rail pressure plug

connect the new rail pressure connector

1. rail pressure sensor

Loosen first the original

rail pressure sensor

connector from the rail

pressure sensor

Connect it to the female

connector of the new

harness

Now connect the rail

pressure sensor connec-

tor on the new harness

to the rail pressure sen-

sor of the motor

unplug the old boost pressure plug

connect the new boost pressure connector

to the boost pressure

sensor of the motor

unplug the old throttle switch sensor plug

connect the new throttle switch sensor connector

Connect the tuningbox to

the new loom

7. jumper plug

By using the jumper the

vehicle is put in the origi-

nal condition.

As soon as you connect

the cable loom with the

jumper plug the car is in

original condition.
