Full-Service Wedding Planning: Starting from $2000 to $4000.

Day-of Coordination: Starting from $650 and ranging to $1200. Services provided by your coordinator include:

Service needs may vary from wedding to wedding, but they may include and not be limited to:

• Creating a ceremony schedule for your venue, vendors, and wedding party.

• Coordinating rehearsal if applicable.

• Booking vendor services and following up to confirm all details 2-3 days prior to wedding.

• Ensuring set up and décor is complete and all vendors and deliveries are in place.

• Greeting guests, distributing programs, and ushering guests to seats as needed.

• Managing the flow of the ceremony to ensure guests are seated on time, parents and

wedding party are in place and music starts/stops at the appropriate times.


Custom Flowers We work closely with you to design the perfect bouquets and arrangements for your ceremony and reception.

•Bridal bouquets: starting at $150, Bridesmaids: starting at $50

•Boutonnieres : starting at $10, Corsages: starting at $20

•Floral Accents for your canopy: starting at $75 each

Bi-Lingual Ceremony Reader in language of choice: $400 (Followed by Notary legalizing

marriage license…this option exists for clients who want their ceremony read in a language

that we cannot accommodate with a traditional officiant.)

Extra Time with your Photographer

Great for receptions, getting ready, or family portraits: $300 per hour

Live Music Starting at $300

We can arrange to have a violinist, steel drums, guitar, vocalist, ensemble, or band

play at your ceremony and/or reception.

Traditional Photography Packages

• $1200 for 4 hours of shooting



Traditional photography packages are customizable and include all photos in high-resolution via digital gallery. Second shooter available for additional fee. Photography credit is offered towards image purchases with packaged services. 16 images are guaranteed per hour with additional images available for purchase. Ordering flowers and securing an officiant can offer you an amazing opportunity to save on your wedding photography!

Digital Images

• Individual high-resolution digital images with copyrights: $10.00 each • 100 images of your choice in high res with copyrights: $800

• All your photos in high-resolution via digital gallery with unlimited downloads for 3 months.

All Digital orders include professional editing (color correction, minor object removal, cropping, & straightening). Advanced retouching

available for an additional fee. All purchased digital images come with print release for your convenience.


Traditional Videography Packages




Traditional videography packages are customizable and include 3 to 7 minute highlight reel set to music and general compressed footage of all video coverage. Second shooter available for additional fee.


Professional DJ/MC Services available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
