10:00 AM—4:00 PM

To all our summer members, welcome back to LBI and the LBI area. I am sure you were as im-pressed and pleased as I was when you first saw our new building. WOW. I’ll leave the inspirational mes-sages to Rabbi Jack, and you are probably tired of hearing me speak or write about our need for fund-raising. So let me focus this month on our need for volunteers to keep the JCC running smoothly, and for experts in several fields that we as a congregation

must address.

I am pleased to report that Mickey Sherry has agreed to be our House Chairman, and he has been working diligently, with Ron Marr providing much help, at getting our new building in great shape. Lori Shomer has agreed to be our Program Chairperson. She has already planned several new educational and fundraising programs discussed elsewhere in this Bulletin. And Lori would

certainly welcome help and ideas for additional events.

We must review all our insurance coverage and evaluate our future needs. Several of our members have agreed to be on a committee to do this, but we need one or two members with a Commercial Insurance background to provide some expertise on this important topic and decision as we move for-ward with coverage over the next few years. If you have retired from this field, or had experience in administering such insurance coverage, please call me

and offer your help.

We now have our Security System operational for the building, but if anyone has experience in security protocol or operations, please lend us a hand. And on any of our other committees, additional members with new ideas are always welcome. This covers such areas as Ritual, Membership, Fundrais-ing, Bazaar, Publicity, Caring, Religious School, and many others. I know that many of our members were involved in other congregations, as Officers, Board members, Committee Chairpersons or active participants. Don’t you miss it – even a little? Lend that experience and expertise to the JCC. Help us out. We can always use help on such necessary activities as mailings, phone calls, or kitchen help. And as a warm and welcoming congregation, we need mem-bers to act as Greeters and Welcomers at our Friday eve services. Whether you are a new member or have been around a long time, GET INVOLVED—GIVE US A HAND. Call me to volunteer.

“Building the Future”

Page 4 VOLUME 5, ISSUE 4

Someone said the other day that the process of building our new synagogue was like having a baby. That couldn’t be truer: first dreaming about having a family, next creating this new addition and

nurturing it as it grows in the womb and finally welcoming it into the world with a great sense of awe.

Our dedication weekend was like a bar/bat mitzvah – a celebration of coming of age. On Satur-day morning service members came up to the torah for an aliyah, opened and closed the ark and carried

the torahs around the beautiful new sanctuary, much like a family celebrating this most important Jewish

ritual. Sunday night was the party with everyone dressed in their finest, dancing and embracing the

milestone of a new synagogue.

Just as the job of raising a child is not done when they become bar/bat mitzvah, there is still

much work to do to complete our building. In addition, we have outstanding loans and want to pay back

our lenders as soon as possible. If you have not made a donation to the capital campaign or would like to add to your gift, your support at this time would be much appreciated. Last week we installed the wall

of recognition board and the wall of history in our front lobby. Please stop by to see them and the con-

tinued progress in the building.

On Sunday, June 23th, several of the families came to the JCC for a mezuzah affixing ceremony

– a Chanukat ha-Bayit. With the securing of these mezuzot, we have fulfilled the ancient promise to

place the Shemah and the Vehaya on the “doorposts of our homes and upon our gates.” In keeping this

commandment, we hope to bring long life and protection for all the members of our congregation and

for all Israel. Rose Valentine, Capital Campaign Chair

We would like to extend my deepest appreciation to members and friends who have donated to the Capi-

tal Campaign to rebuild our synagogue. It is truly incredible that we have been able to raise almost $1.65 million to erect this beautiful house of worship on Long Beach Island.

DON’T MISS OUT!

Friday night was the beginning of a very special week-end. I am so proud of the young adults of the Hebrew school and confirmation classes. Ruby Cohen, Jessica Schwing, Ben Moran, Kayla Powitz, Jenna Powitz and Carly Moses for all the help they gave us. Their assistance was invaluable. We look forward to their continued presence at the Center. I would also like to thank the Hebrew school moms, Shaun Cohen and Melanie Powitz, who also came to help. When needed, we all pull together to make sure the job gets done.

I would like to thank all of our sis-terhood members who made this past weekend so very special. It was a very busy weekend. The Sabbath dinner and oneg and the Saturday morning Kiddush took a lot of planning and preparation. It would not have been as successful as it was without you, “my kitchen crew”. Every-one worked diligently, no complaints, just work and more work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We are a family and together we accomplish great things.

THANK

YOU!!! Don Pripstein presented to Fr. Steve and the St. Francis Parish a beautiful 7 branch Menorah with an inscription ex-pressing the extreme gratitude The JCC of LBI owes to St. Francis for allowing us to have our Sabbath and Holiday ser-vices in its churches during the year of our Rebuild. The presentation was done at the church's main Sunday Mass and was well received by the congregants.

2012 BAZAARS WE’RE BACK! Yes, the two summer JCC Bazaars have returned to our location on 24th street and are sched-uled for Wednesday, July 11 and Wednesday, August 8. Having been sold out since March 30th ,we anticipate a huge turnout. The Sisterhood is looking forward to using the new kitchen to its maximum capacity and providing

some delicious delicacies for our attendees.

Needless to say, we rely heavily on volunteers from our members to assist in servicing our vendors and guests. More importantly, we want to invite the public to come to shop while visiting our new Home. It is an opportunity for us to “show off” our beautiful new sanctuary, school

and facility.

THE BOOK REPORT, Judith Pripstein, Librarian

Welcome to our new lovely library. The previous pro-cedure has not changed. We are still a free loan facility with no need for you to sign out borrowed material. Hopefully the colored tape on each item will serve as a reminder for you to return books. Please place returned and donated books in

the black milk carton. Allow me to do the shelving.

We have some additional sections. Short Stories, Bi-

ography and Audio-Visual have been added to the previous

classifications. Also notice the unusual revolving bookcase

donated by the Robinson family. Julius used it to store the

books he had not yet read. Some items of special interest will

be featured in it. You might want to inspect the three books

brought to us from Israel by Doran Halevi. What an appropri-

ate way to initiate this facility!

SUPPORT THE JCC of LBI Our 2012 Membership Renewal notices were mailed in early December

with a follow-up in April. Dues remain at $400 for a family membership and $200

for a single membership. An information sheet with your address and yahrzeit

information was included in this mailing. So that we have accurate information

about our membership, please return the information sheets along with your

Dear Members:

There are times when I do not hear about a simcha or illness or a death in a JCC family for a few days or even weeks. In some cases, I hear second-hand, and although I am grateful for the notification, it would be appreciated if you would call me directly.

I can be reached at the following numbers:

Lakewood: 732-276-5519

LBI: 609-492-2000

Cell Phone: 732-610-8115

If I do not answer, leave a message on the answering machine and I will get back to you ASAP.

Rabbi Jack

The letter and order forms for tickets and Roll of Remembrance Booklet will be mailed to members shortly. High Holiday services will be in our new beautiful facility in Spray Beach. You must include payment with your ticket and Remem-brance Booklet requests, and in order to get the member’s rate, your 2012 dues must be paid. Dues payments should be sent to our mailing address at PO Box 2205, Long Beach Twp. NJ 08008. The payment and request for tickets and Re-membrance Booklet inclusion should be sent to Carole Nunberg before August 10th, as that is when she will honor seat requests from non-members.

The prices for seats in our new Sanctuary have been raised to $100 for members and $200 for non-members. Seat tickets in the Social Hall remain at $75 for members and $150 for non-members, while the cost for each name listed in Roll of Remembrance remains at $9.00.

Most congregations will provide complimentary tickets to members of other congregations that are entitled to seats at their home congregation. In most congre-gations with a dues cost several times ours, the cost of tickets is included. If you wish a letter for ticket requests at another congregation, your dues for 2012 must be paid in full, and you must have purchased H.H. tickets from JCC of LBI. This puts us on the same level as the others. If we receive a letter from a member some-where else, we will extend to them our member privilege and allow them to pur-chase at our member price.

BOARD MEETING SUMMARY: April 10, 2012 Attendees: Lynn Berkowitz, Harold Farin, Vivian Fitts, Rabbi Friedman, Basil Karp, George Katz, Eileen Levin, Richard Morgan, Carole Nunberg, Don Pripstein, Jeri Riffle, Toby Schwait, Karen Schwing, Jeff Shapiro, Mickey Sherry, Judy Smith and Rose Valentine

JCC Rebuild Committee

J. Shapiro reported that we have a temporary CO, which is good until May 9. We should be compliant in 2 or 3 weeks when the Township will issue the final CO. The following are open issues:

Concrete work has not been completed.

Columns are not painted properly and will have to be redone.

We are short 24 flood vents. This interfered with getting the final CO. The JCC is not responsible for paying for the additional flood vents.

The Township put in new drainage on the boulevard at 24th St. Flooding in the SW corner is better, but not cured. We have drawings ready for A-drains, if needed. The A-drains could cost $4000.

J. Shapiro reported that we are about 5% over budget on the building project. Funds are still needed for the outdoor sign, landscaping and dedication boards at an approximate cost of $50,000. A post-CO budget is needed.

J. Shapiro said that $20,000 has been allocated for items in preparation of the May 11 Interfaith Service. D. Pripstein will provide a priority list as to what needs to be done prior to this service. The target date for permanent seats to be in is June 1 and the overflow seats may be in by May 11. An authorized electrician hired by the builder will install the eternal light.

H. Farin is reviewing bids for a permanent outdoor sign at a minimum cost of $13,000. He reported that we have a sponsor for funding a “Hearing Assistance Program”. Island Audio has provided a proposal for the amplifying system, which will include 10 different units in 4 styles of ear buds at a cost of $2500.

H. Farin reported that the Transition project is complete. There is an issue regarding storage (e.g. where to store the overflow chairs) and the rabbi’s garage needs to be cleared out.

Rebuild Capital Campaign

R. Valentine reported that we have raised $1,585,151 which includes pledges and money from the sale of the condo, pavers, raf fles, miscellaneous funds and interest returned from lenders. She expects only $1,700 in pledges will not be collected which is a remarkable achievement.

After the final CO is issued, J. Shapiro expects we will be able to release another $100,000 to our lenders.

R. Valentine continues to work on the donor Recognition Wall. Further discussion is needed regarding the cost.

Other Topics

The Board voted unanimously to have Mickey Sherry fill the vacant board seat created by the resignation of Ben Gubar. M. Sher ry agreed to serve as Chairman of the House and Grounds Committee.

J. Shapiro reported that the Finance Committee recommends the hiring of an accountant to review our books and records in preparation for a possible audit. Organizations with income of $250,000 or more per year are subject to a possible audit by the state. Because we have over $250,000 in income/year, including the building fund, we now meet this cutoff point. The Board approved a motion to use Michael Gross of Gross and Associates to conduct a preliminary financial review for the JCC and provide recommendations at a cost not to exceed $5000. Further preparation for a possible audit may then be needed.

The JCC may be in arrears for payment of payroll taxes for office staff claimed as independent contractors. Mr. Gross will review this issue and provide a recom-mendation.

D. Pripstein noted that in order to apply for a new gaming and raffle permit, we must have something in our Constitution describing what will be done in case of dissolution of our organization. In response, B. Karp drafted a proposed By-law #7. The Board unanimously approved an amended version of this By-law.

R. Morgan reported that it will take 60-90 days for the state to issue a registration number for our gaming and raffle permit following their receipt of our By-laws, Constitution and Articles of Incorporation.

E. Levin reported that the menu for the Sunday Gala dinner has been finalized with the caterer. The invitations are being finalized and will be mailed by April 30. Invited guests will include Father Steve from St. Francis, Rabbi Jack and Ali, and Rabbi Gershon and his wife. She also noted that 21 pavers were delivered, but all have not been installed.

T. Schwait reported that of the 275 identified as JCC “members”, 39 have not paid their dues for 2010, 2011 nor 2012. Nine of these 39 are not renewing their membership and will be removed from the yahrtzeit list. Some could not be contacted regarding their membership.

R. Valentine is trying to get publicity out there while keeping the cost at a minimum.

C. Nunberg reported that there will be a “Wall to Wall Klezmer Fest” sponsored by the library on Tuesday, October 16 at 3 p.m . at the JCC.

L. Berkowitz reported that the Religious School is doing great in the new building. There will be a confirmation of 3 students on Shavuot. Flyers were distributed for an Open House.

L. Berkowitz reported that many vendor spots have been sold and we still have plenty of inside spots available for our bazaars.

J. Shapiro reported that 40 spots have been sold for the Art Festival to be held on August 19 and we are ahead of last year.

K. Schwing reported that the Bulletin will now be printed in-house at a considerable saving.

J. Smith reported that Mah Jongg continues on Wednesdays at the JCC. A movie night will be held on April 24 at the home of Joann Ramer and Oded Cohen. A trip to the Van Gogh exhibit in Philadelphia is planned for April 26 and a Mah Jongg Tournament, co-sponsored by the JCC and St. Francis, will be held on June 5 at St. Francis. K. Schwing announced that a Mah Jongg game will be held at the JCC on April 15.

J. Smith announced that Olan Mills was bought out by another company, but will complete the preparation of our 2012 pictorial directory. The books will be avail-able to distribute at the Gala. The expected profit of $2820 will go to the Building Fund.

J. Smith and R. Valentine attended a Federation meeting for training to use a Fed Web calendar for events/activities of interest to the Ocean County synagogues. J. Riflle may be trained to input information for the JCC.

V. Fitts reported that 85 people attended the Passover Seder, which was a huge success.

J. Riffle reported that the Scholarship Committee met on March 31 and some JCC students will receive scholarship awards.

M. Sherry discussed the importance of security for the building. The security system will be activated after we receive the final CO.

M. Sherry will create a list of priority items for the building such as shelving.

Father Steve is having a shadow box built to hang on the church wall to hold the menorah being given to St. Francis.

D. Pripstein encouraged people to attend the Blue Claws Jewish Heritage Night and to get articles in to K. Schwing for the Bulletin so as to keep our membership informed.

New office hours will be published in the Shabbat Reminder.

JCC Rebuild Committee

J. Shapiro reported that we have a final CO. The only open issue was the concrete, which has been replaced. A new issue is

the horizontal crack below the steel beam in the social hall. The architect thinks this is a settlement crack.

The electrician will install the eternal light before May 11.The permanent seating should be in before the June 22 Gala. The

temporary seating should be coming in July. We will rent chairs for the Gala and the Interfaith Service.

J. Shapiro reported that other than landscaping, the permanent sign, the donor boards and possible A-drains, there are no

other expenditures planned.

H. Farin reported that he expects the permanent sign will cost $10,000. The sign will be installed in 6-8 weeks from when the

contract was signed in the beginning of May.

D. Pripstein talked about forming a wish list of additional items. S. Snyder emphasized the importance of paying down our dept to our lenders first. We have paid our lenders back $100,000 but still owe them $400,000. The following items were identified as our next essential items: 1. Honor Wall and Wall of History and Tree of Life, 2. Exterior Sign, 3. Hearing Assis-tance System and 4. Landscaping. The Board voted to approve to put aside $35,000 to cover the expenses of these 4 items

and A-drains, if needed. We will pay down our dept to lenders before requesting funds for other large expenditures in the

future.

Rebuild Capital Campaign

R. Valentine reported that we have raised $1,590,328, which includes pledges and money from the sale of the condo, pavers, raffles, miscellaneous funds and interest returned from lenders. Total money collected is $1,427,192. 15 donors have not completed their pledges. Donors will be notified that the Honor Board will be installed soon and if they want their name to

appear they will have to make a commitment to fulfill their debt.

Other Topics

J. Shapiro has signed an agreement with Michael Gross to conduct a preliminary financial review of our books and records at a fee of $4725. Mr. Gross’s work does not include preparation of our books and records for an audit. Mr. Gross will make

recommendations and will be able to do an independent audit following his review.

R. Morgan announced he was able to obtain the permits for the raffle and gaming license after submitting the requested By-

laws to the state. We should have approval by the township in 2-3 weeks.

B. Karp and E. Dreyfus researched all the By-laws. They found that By-law #5, which amends By-law #2 to address proxy voting at board meetings through email or fax, was approved by the board in principle but not completed. The board voted to approve a resolution to adopt By-law #5. The wording of the By-law may need to be reworded at a later date to make sure

the procedures and timing apply to our current situation.

D. Pripstein announced that Lori Shomer accepted the position of Program Chair for additional fundraisers and other events.

He also noted that insurance, security protocol and dues policy will be addressed through committees.

M. Sherry will provide training on the security system to all those who have keys to the building.

E. Levin reported that all paver orders have been filled; a few pavers need to be redone. Lori Shomer is working on future fundraisers including a Joshua Nelson Concert on August 5. Up to 400 people could be accommodated in the sanctuary and

social hall. Cost will be $30/ticket.

Invitations for the Gala/Dedication Weekend were mailed on April 30. Arrangements are in place with Rabbi and Mrs. Ger-

shon. Mayor Mancini agreed to say a few words at the Gala dinner on Sunday night. J. Shapiro requested that public recog-

nition of Bannett and those contributing to our rebuild effort be made at the gala.

M. Sherry reported that the Sisterhood will pay for equipping the classrooms with needed items.

T. Schwait reported that there are 145 paid family members (2 partial) and 50 paid single members for a total of 195 paid

members. A 2nd billing went out in April to members who have not paid their dues.

R. Valentine is trying to stay under budget for publicity. E. Levin requested a press release for the Gala.

L. Berkowitz reported that 3 students will be confirmed on Shavuot (May 27). They are Samantha Eisenberg, Ben Moran and

Jessica Schwing. There will be an Open House on June 3. L. Berkowitz, D. Pripstein and the Rabbi will be discussing plans for the Religious School for next year. There are fewer students in the Religious School and the Confirmation class is grow-

ing.

L. Berkowitz reported that the spaces for the bazaars are totally sold out.

J. Shapiro reported that the inside spaces have been sold out for the August 19 Art Festival.

J. Smith reported that she received the proof book and the pictorial directories will be ready to distribute at the Gala. The profit

of about $3000 will go to the Building Fund.

J. Riffle reported that there are 3 scholarship recipients and presentations will be made at each of the 3 High Schools.

Visitors are stopping by the JCC to see the building and several have requested information regarding membership. Board

members volunteered to spend a few hours on Sundays to greet visitors, show the building and answer questions.

Rabbi Jack reported that he is pleased with attendance at services and thanked members who have stepped forward to assist

him.

BOARD MEETING SUMMARY: May 8, 2012

Page 12 VOLUME 5, I SSUE 4

TODAH RABAH THANKS—to MICHELLE GOLDMAN for functioning as our School Principal. She took over at a difficult time, and saw us through school seasons before and during our construction. Michelle will not be returning as Principal next year, and the JCC is grateful for her time and effort.

Within the next few months we are planning to analyze our insurance needs, rebid our coverage, evaluate the competing bids, and issue a new contract for coverage. If anyone has experience in commercial insurance and can serve on this committee, please contact Don Pripstein or the office.

As our congregation grows and more people are attending our ser-vices, we need to acquire additional Friday eve and Saturday morning prayerbooks. Please consider donating some in honor or memory of someone dear. Donation per book, which will include an attribution, is $36. Indicate which service you want your donations to be for.

ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING The annual congregation members’ meeting of the JCC of LBI will be

held on Sunday, August 12, 2012. It will be in the JCC Social Hall and will be-

gin at 10:00 am. Coffee, tea and a nosh will be available at 9:30.

On the agenda will be election of officers and some members of our

Board of Trustees for two year terms. We will also have short reports by sev-

eral of our committee chairpersons, and information on our High Holiday Ser-

vices. This is also an opportunity to express your views on the state of, or the

running of your congregation.

RABBI JACK’S ADULT EDUCATION Due to Rabbi Jack’s illness, the adult education classes have been post-poned until further notice. Please refer to the Shabbat Reminder to find out when the classes will begin.

We have

officially

wrapped

up the

2011-2012

school

year

Page 13 VOLUME 5, I SSUE 4

We have officially wrapped up the 2011- 2012 school year.

The end of the year involved a lot of diligent work. The students con-

tinued to work hard to continue their lessons. It has been a great

year!

Our end of year Holiday

Celebrations in- c l u d e d L a g B'Omer and Sha- vuot. For Lag

B'Omer the chil- dren were treated to fun and games and a picnic. Mrs. B was on hand to lead the games (I think that she got more excited than the kids!) Pizza and ice cream were

on the menu. Then the kids were given prizes by Mrs. B: Yiddish Kites to fly! Shavuot marked a very special event for our community: a Confirmation Ceremony. Mazel Tov to Samantha Eisenberg, Ben

Moran and Jessica Schwing.

The children completed the "Giving Tree" project they have been working on all year. The tree is currently located in the Hallway. We will be asking members to pick a "leaf" and make a do-

nation to the school. The staff will be adding items that you can donate shortly.

I am very proud of the children. Each and every one of them accomplished great things this

year. I am especially proud of how we got through the "Transition" together. Working in the Rabbi's residence and then moving into "unfurnished" classrooms was tough. There were weeks that items

we needed simply weren't available. There were events, such as Sukkot, that simply couldn't take place. Yet with tenacity and our love for our Religion (and each other), we helped each other through

the difficult time. I am confident that with the help of the congregation, our classrooms will soon be furnished with the items necessary to create a suitable learning environment for the 2012-2012

School Year.

Unfortunately, our Open House only resulted in open doors that nobody walked through.

Despite all of the hard work, planning, advertising and 300 flyers that were distributed, we did not have anyone attend or contact us. I ask each and every one of you for your continued support of the

school. It is our duty as Jews to continue to nurture and educate our children. Please consider mak-ing a donation to the school so that we can continue to accomplish the task of preparing the next

generation of Jews to lead a Jewish Life (in a very non-Jewish community).

As many of you may have heard, I will not be returning next year. My strength lies in admini-

stration and teaching the K-2 age group. Unfortunately, we do not have any children enrolled in that age bracket or enough children to justify an "Administrator". I leave you in the ever capable hands of

Mrs. B. She will take your children to the "next level". I am confident that your children will blossom under her guidance.

I would like to thank the JCC for the opportunity to work here and the parents for sharing

their children with me. I have truly been blessed to spend the last 5 years watching these children grow. I am confident that they will accomplish great things!! I am looking forward to continuing to

watch them develop, just from the sidelines. And a Sunday to sleep in is looking WONDERFUL!

help keep

our JCC

running all

year long

Help the JCC earn “free” money by purchasing Shop-Rite Scrip from the JCC Office during normal business hours. For every $1,000 of Shop-Rite Scrip the JCC sells, we earn $50. If you shop at Shop-Rite regularly, be sure to stop by the JCC office first and pick yours up to-day. This is an extremely easy way for the JCC to raise much needed revenue. If every JCC member purchased just $250 of Scrip over the summer, we could raise over $1,200 for the JCC. Just imagine what we could raise if everyone used Shop-Rite scrip for all of their grocery shopping.

RENTAL AND USE OF JCC FACILITIES The Board of Trustees has approved a program and guidelines for the rental and use of our new facilities by members or non-members. Among its provisions are: Only Kosher food and certified kosher caterers can be used. No photography will be allowed at any time during Shabbat or other Jewish Religious Holi-days. During these days and only during that portion of the reception that is a private party, live or canned music, only of a Jewish spiritual content, will be allowed. Carole Nunberg has volunteered to be the JCC contact person to arrange for the use and rental of our facilities, and to enter into such contracts on behalf of our congregation. She can be reached by e-mail at [email protected] or at (856) 985-9969, or cell@ (609) 410-7649.

TD Bank has a program offering an easy way for non-profit organizations to raise additional money. It will make an annual contribution to us based on the average balances in our members’ accounts. Here is an opportunity to raise up to several thousand dollars each year with no out-of-pocket cost from any of us.

We must have at least 50 participants with new or existing checking and/or savings ac-

counts, or CDs at TD Bank. Checking Accounts at businesses also count. All we have to do is

have our members let the bank know that they are JCC participants. The Bank will do the rest.

Your privacy continues as is. The Bank will not divulge any individual member’s information to

JCC or anyone else. Please call your TD Bank office and let them know that you are a JCC partici-

pant. PLEASE REGISTER ALL YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNTS AS WELL AS YOUR BUSINESS

CHECKING ACCOUNTS, AND DO IT NOW, SO THE AFFINITY PROGRAM FOR JCC CAN

COMMENCE. This will begin as soon as TD Bank has 50 sign up from JCC of LBI.

TD BANK AFFINITY PROGRAM

If you are planning to initiate or change your will or estate

plan, please remember and include The Jewish Community Center of Long Beach Island (JCC of LBI) as part of your legacy. The monies can be used for a specific purpose as designated by you, or added to an

endowment fund already set up to assure the ability to continue provid-

ing a full-service congregation to serve the Jewish people of the area.

This legacy can be accomplished by a simple bequest in your

will, by one of the allowable charitable trusts where you get an immedi-

ate tax advantage, or through life insurance.

PLEASE DO IT NOW! Please check with your attorney or

insurance agent. If you have any questions or need additional informa-

tion, contact Don Pripstein. Thank you.
