1. Introduction
The technical specification specifies the technical requirements to purchase:
a) LED headlights for Double Decker Bombardier Power coach (DDPC).
b) LED headlights for Single Decker Siemens Power coach (SDPC).
c) LED headlights for Single Decker Gec Alsthom Power coach (PPPC).
d) LED lights for Generator Room of DDPC, SDPC and PPPC (24 VDC)
e) and JT42, GM26 locomotives (72 VDC).
Installation of the LED headlights performs to the front top and bottom (marker, tail lights) of the power coach, one marker on the top, low beam with tail light and high beam.
Installation of the LED lights in Generator Room performs to the existing place on the wall instead of regular incandescent light bulbs.
Power supply to the headlights will be in parallel and according to the attached circuit
diagram below.

The technical data of the headlight will be according to railways standards , in this case the standards listed below:
Led headlight components made of Polyurethane material, the polymer will have flame retardant component defined according to standard EN-5501-1-2.
Cable terminals will be bot type or equivalent component.
Lock cable will have a coating Electroless nickel, copper, silver for the purpose of conduction.
Maximal allowed weight of the headlight: 1.5 Kg each.

4. Maintainability
Installation of the LED headlight to the power coaches (DDPC and SDPC) will be retrofitted into existing mounting plates. Connection of the headlight will be by two cables and cables shoes.
Led flash lights - Accepted the possibility of replacing the lamp bulb, priority will be given a complete headlight bulb to replace, while replacement lamp shall not exceed 30 minutes.
Life of the bulb / lamp shall be not less than fifty thousand (50,000) hours of work.
Headlight frame will be corrosion resistant material with a protective coating, protective coating Electroless nickel will type I or coloring by Cathodic Dip painting (CDP).
5. Packaging and Shipping:
Each Led headlight will be supply in plastic bubble wrap.
Each Led headlight will be supply in separate cardboard package.
On each cardboard package will be specify the contents, fragile adjust of the packaging.
On each package will be add label that specify the part number and production
series.
COC will supply for each led headlight that will supply, in the document the supplier will declare the proper operation of the headlights.
The supplier has a company engaged in the supply of automotive vehicle headlamps industry, heavy vehicle, automotive Ministry of Defense.

Upper beam headlight and Upper marker light are energized with 24 VDC in corresponding
to the mode operation,
Signal/tail light and Upper beam headlight are fused with 10 A type "K" each side (left and
right).
