The planning approval states that Carpenter’s Cottage and Ploughman’s Cottage must be used for holiday purposes only and no individual or group of people must occupy the site for more than 28 days in any calendar year.

Rooster’s Cottage shall be occupied for holiday purposes only and not used as a sole or main residence. The owners/operators of the site shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all owners/occupiers of accommodation on the site, and of their main home addresses, and shall make this information available to the Local Planning Authority upon request.

LOCATIONFulletby is the second highest village in the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is close to the market town of Horncastle. The village itself enjoys views across the Wolds and is ideal for walkers and cyclists with the Viking Way, long distance walking path running past the site. There is also a great selection of golf courses in the nearby area, in particular Woodhall Spa which is 9 miles away and home of the English Golf Union, its Hotchkin course has been voted 25th in the Worlds top 100 Heathland courses.

The Historic City of Lincoln is 24 miles to the West of Fulletby, whilst 18 miles to the East you can find the coastal resorts of Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea, Ingoldmells and Skegness. The market towns of Louth, Market Rasen, Spilsby and Caistor all ring the Wolds and are nearby.

DIRECTIONSEntering Horncastle from the West on the A158 Lincoln Road turn left at the traffic lights onto A153 Louth Road, then bear right onto Low Toynton Road and continue for 3 miles into the village of Fulletby.
