Living in this neighbourhood has been wonderful. Our family has enjoyed a safe environment in our quiet location opposite the magnificent waterways.

The home itself is an easy living home. Entertaining is a pleasure with the kitchen being so close to the BBQ and entertaining area’s.

The location has been very convenient for us as you can be in the hustle and bustle of ‘Surfers in 10min and on a plane in Coolangatta or Brisbane

via the M1 Freeway in under 40min. But there is no need to travel that far with great local restaurants and shops.

We will miss this beautiful home and it is sad for us to leave but we have many wonderful memories to take with us.
