If the ans&er of the notary public is not satisfactory, the Eecutie 2u%ge shall con%uct a summary

hearing. If the allegations of the complaint are not proen, the complaint shall be %ismisse%. If the charges

case, the aggriee% party may appeal the %ecision to the Supreme Court for reie&. !en%ing the appeal
