New Development north of Fort Worth to bring over 10,000 homes

Dallas-based PMB Capital has purchased more than 3,400 acres in Wise County north of
Fort Worth for a new development that will create over 10,000 homes.
The real estate investment and development firm plans to build commercial space within the
development, located near the intersection of Highways 114 and 287, as well.
At buildout, the project is valued at more than $3.5 billion.
Homes in the development will range from $200,000 to over $500,000 and will offer housing
options for those in all stages of life, according to a news release from PMB. The
development will be located in Northwest Independent School District.
The community will include over 800-acres of open space and a trail system around the
areas exciting lakes, creeks and springs.
"This purchase is an investment in a well-established corridor for residential construction and
will provide attainable housing options for people working at Alliance Airport, downtown Fort
Worth and the surrounding areas. More so, this is a long-term bet on the demand for
reasonably priced single-family homes in DFW," said PMB Capital Partner Peter Pincoffs in a
prepared statement.
"We are working hand in hand with the city staff in Rhome and Newark on entitlements and
infrastructure to serve the project and look forward to starting construction on our first phase
in 2020," Pincoffs added.
