E Course fee is due, if not already settled, upon the Booking Receipt is sent to you and must be paid before the course starts or the collection of any materials, videos and Home Study Packs from LexOmnibus. F Full course fee remains payable in case the candidate has not settled the course fee and fails to attend or collect the materials. G Registration will start fifteen (15) minutes prior to each session begins. H No recording by any devices in whatsoever form shall be permitted in the lecture room. I All course materials, in any form whatsoever, given to you are for your own use solely. M In case of Tropical Storm Warning Signal No. 8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, all lectures will automatically be cancelled as below: If either warning is hoisted or in force at or after 6am All morning lectures starting before 2pm will automatically be cancelled. If either warning is hoisted or in force at or after 11am All afternoon lectures starting from 2pm and before 6pm will automatically be cancelled. If either warning is hoisted or in force at or after 3pm All evening lectures starting from 6pm onwards will automatically be cancelled.

Exemption Refund Policy

Refund of the course fees (less course materials) will be available in case the course(s) you enrol is subsequently exempted by The Law Society of Hong Kong. Fees for the course materials are not refundable if such course materials are marked, damaged or incomplete upon they are being returned to us. Any request for refund of such course fees will not be entertained if the course materials are not returned to us within one week after you receive the notice of exemption from the Law Society of Hong Kong. HKD$800 handling fee will be charged per Head. Course fee is only refundable for the subject / head to which an exemption has been granted by the Law Society of Hong Kong. Course fee will not be refunded if (A) your application to sit OLQE is rejected by The Law Society of Hong Kong or (B) you withdraw from the OLQE examination(s).
