fine details and arrangements of your wedding and will assist with any questions, queries or

concerns which our member may want to address; whether it's about the decorations, invitations,

food, savories, cakes or anything else.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All rates are exclusive of 16% GST and 5% withholding government applicable taxes. Advance 25% of total payment is required at the time of booking and balance of payment to be paid two weeks prior to event .Cheque will not be accepted within 15 days of event.Timing for Lunch events are from 1200 hrs till 1530 hrs and Dinner from 1900 hrs till 2200 hrs. Cancellation of a confirmed event can only be done in writing which if the patron does for any reason, the club will be entitled to forfeit the advance amount as per the following terms 1. If written notice of cancellation is received 60 days before event full advance deposit will be refunded 2. If written notice of cancellation is received 45 days before event 75% advance deposit will be refunded. 3. If written notice of cancellation is received 35 days before event 50% advance deposit will be refunded 4. If written notice of cancellation is received 30 days before event advance deposit will not be refunded.

The Management can revise menu and other rates without any prior information.Client agrees to advise the management the guaranteed number of persons attending the function at the time of booking and clubhouse shall not be responsible to service more than 10% increase of guaranteed guests.Client agrees to settle payment of increase guests on same day after the event.No food & beverage of any kind will be permitted to brought in to clubhouse from outside by member Any damages incurred to the clubhouse premises during the course of event by the occupant/guests.event host will reimburse the amount in full to clubhouse Client agrees to begin the function promptly at the scheduled hour and agrees to have it guests vacate the function space at the closing hours as indicated above lunch & dinner timing Client agrees to use banquet hall entrance as designated by the management for the entry and exit of all persons attending the event Stage and other décor will be charged extra and it can only be done by DRGCC on panel vendorsOutside décor vendors are not allowed Drivers, maids, private security guards are not allowed to enter the hall.Management will not be responsible for any loss of valuable goods in premises.Hall can be offered for minimum 250 guests with 25% additional premium on hall rental
