2 Students plant visit, TRW provide company presentation and plant tour

3 Technical college confirm the number of students from each major confirm to join training campaign

4 Technical college confirmed by the letter and send individual training agreement to company

Benefit from Cooperative education internship

No Detail 1 The company has a good candidate with direct

experience as company needed. 2 The company can use training period to recruit

trainees who good performance and good behavior. 3 Low turnover, because these student already know

the company culture and they can accept it. 4 Saving for hiring new graduated with more experience. 5 To provide direct experience from working to students. 6 To support the operation during negotiations period. 7 To promote the company to the college and other

students.

Conclusion

Cooperative education internship should be supported, because this program will help us improve both skills and work experience of students who are graduating and entering the labor market in the future. Especially in areas of scarcity. Not just provide the technical training we also needs to provide soft skills such as The nature of organization, Coexistence, Attitude etc.
