Pre heat the oven to 200.1. Mix the flour and yeast.

2. Add the warm water and mix to a soft dough.3. Knead for five minutes, and roll out to a large

circle/rectangle.Place on a greased baking tray and leave in a warm

place to rise.4. Top with tomato, grated cheese etc.

5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, at gas mark 200°C.

Ingredients:

250g Strong white flour

1 x Table Spoon Yeast

125ml Warm water

Optional Toppings:

3 Tsp Tomato puree

150g Grated cheese

Other topping of your chose

Pre heat the oven1. Rub the margarine/butter into the flour to form a breadcrumbconsistency.2. Add the grated cheese.3. Add the milk gradually to form a dough. (Not all the milk maybe needed.)4. Roll out the dough, on a floured board, to 1.5cm thick.5. Cut into circles and glaze with any spare milk.6. Bake for 10–15 minutes at gas mark 6/200°C until golden brown.

125ml Milk

50g Grated Cheese

½ Tsp Salt
