FQPAFQPA This is a national law that was created and passed by

congress in 1996. The EPA enforces it. The FQPA amended the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide,

and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) by fundamentally changing the way EPA regulates pesticides.

Requires labeling in pesticides and the maximum amount a pesticide can be used on foods.
