Jessica Fox Executive Researcher / Office Manager
Jessica has the mandate to keep the business on right track to manage all back office functions and carrying out research for all senior, mid management assignments. She also specialises in the Retail Banking sector with all front office positions.
Vanessa Walker Financial Controller
Vanessa is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial management including payroll, invoicing, reconciliation, accounts, VAT and debt recovery.
Charles Walker CEO and Founder
Charles vision is focused on the creation of a niche business that acquires talent for financial companies. His responsibilities range from strategic and brand direction, as well as ensuring the Focus Search and Selection brand is continuously addressing all of the ever-changing requirements of the financial service sector.
Martin Hynes Operations Director
Martin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations within the business as well as leading the ‘Search Team’ in Insurance and Commercial Banking. He is particular adept at Senior appointments and has an extensive network within our field of specialisms.

The Resourcing TeamKeith Holyoake Regional Resourcing Manager – North West, Scotland & Northern Ireland regions
Keith has recently joined Focus as a Regional Resourcing Manager. He has a wealth of experience in the financial services sector having previously worked as an adviser and consultant in both tied and independent roles. Keith understands the importance of building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates in his dedicated regions.
Paul Stewart Regional Resourcing Manager – South West & South Wales region
Paul has recently rejoined Focus as a Regional Resourcing Manager. He has a wealth of experience in the Commercial Banking and General Insurance market. Paul believes in the importance of developing strong relationships and supports our clients in his dedicated regions.

Matt Allen Team Leader & Senior Regional Resourcing Manager– Midlands, Eastern, London & South regions
Matt now leads the Resourcing Team utilising his knowledge and experience within the industry whilst supporting our clients in his dedicated regions. As a previous Independent Adviser/Mortgage Consultant, Matt brings a wealth of industry experience to the company and can fully empathise whilst also developing strong relationships.
Leanne Woods Regional Resourcing Manager – North East & Scotland region
Leanne has had seven years of retail banking experience, and has worked face to face in consultative selling as well as ten years in telesales.Engaging and Personable, Leanne works hard on building solid relationships and always strives to work hard for our clients.
