Greenfield facility for a herbal medicine manufacturerIndonesia, 2014
This new site of our client houses a production building, a laboratory, a warehouse, and a 2-storey office building, with a total floor area of 15 000 m2. All internal detailing and choice of material reflect strict hygienic standards of the client (either GMP or BPOM). Royal HaskoningDHV provided full EPCM, services from feasibility study until detailed design, construction management and safety management on site.
Our client is a large global player in this industry and is growing their business in the region, which is why this greenfield project was initiated. This facility comprises of a production building for large volume production, office, laboratories, warehouse, utilities, and infrastructure. The total built area is appr. 52,000m2. We provided the conceptual and detail design for the building, buildings services, process utilities, project & construction management and safety management.

New healthcare equipment manufacturing facilityIndonesia, 2015
Our global client in the agro-chemical industry has acquired a plot of land in the eastern part of the island of Java. This site is going to house a corn wet milling facility. Royal HaskoningDHV is providing a full EPCM service and design optimization. A key challenge is to develop the required facilities within the constraints of the plot and to mitigate any risks.

Our client started a construction of a greenfield brewery with the capacity of 3.2 million HL in Nigeria. During the construction process, Royal HaskoningDHV supported the client to integrate different parts of the process and engineering a smooth flow of material on site.

Personal care production site improvement to enable growthIndonesia, 2017
Having done the feasibility study, Royal HaskoningDHV is currently supporting our client to design and execute this brownfield expansion project. The extension itself includes repurposing the existing buildings and manufacturing operations, to reach the capacity of 2,5 times its current capacity.
Royal HaskoningDHV provided a full EPCM service for the extension of a brownfield site while ensuring the production continuity. Improvements are realised for the purpose of increasing capacity, enabling smoother site logistics, and lowering the carbon footprint.

In order to meet the current and expected production needs in the country, our client wanted to open a new performance coatings production facility in Thailand. In this greenfield project, Royal HaskoningDHV provided a full-scope EPCM services, including process, civil, and building services.
