Nylon Tubing NMF Eurlon SeriesSeamless in construction with a smooth high gloss inner and outer surface. It is light, approximately one ninth theweight of copper and flexible, facilitating ease of installation. It is ideally suited for applications such as fuel lines, oillines, petrol tank breather sheaths, pneumatic controls, bleed lines and brake controls. Eurolon industrial nylon tubingconforms to SMMT standard NM7B, 1968 and C2C in dimensions specified in addition to SAEJ844 3A (unreinforced)and 3B (reinforced) types, (3B available by special order). Metric dimensions conform to BS5409 with respect to alltechnical details. Eurolon type 11 nylon in semi- rigid grade meets the requirements of government regulations withregard to materials and articles in contact with food under UK Statutory instrument 1978 No.1927. Available forhigher temperature applications, with heat resisting additives in both semi-rigid and flexible grades, subject to minimummanufacturing quantities.

Push-fit Solution for Plumbing & Heating Systems

For use with mains fed and indirect cold water systems, vented and unvented hot water systems, vented and sealed central heating systems.Pipes Speedfit fittings can be used with copper pipe to BS EN 1057 and Speedfit cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) Barrier Pipe to BS7291.NOT to be used with gas, fuel oil or compressed air applications. Speedfit fittings cannot be used on stainless steel pipe. Standards Speedfit products are designed and manufactured under a fully integrated system assessed by B.S.I. to BS EN ISO9001. They areapproved by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme and BBA. Speedfit ‘PEM’ and ‘PKM’ fittings and Speedfit barrier pipe are kitemarked toBS7291 Part 1 and 3, Class S. (Licence No. KM39767).

Pipe in ceilings and roof voids should be clipped every metre and should not be fitted any closer than 60mm from the end of the fitting. Pipeshould be adequately supported by pipe clips to prevent undue stress (side load) on fittings.

Can only be used with water or oil based paint, not cellulose based paints, paint thinners or strippers, solder flux or acid-based descalents oraggressive household cleaning products.

Speedfit products, when used indoors, are not affected by sunlight. When used outdoors protect from ultra violet light by lagging or painting.

It is recommended that all installations are checked prior to use to determine that a seal has been made.

Push-fit System - Compressed Air

Range of push-in fittings and pipe provide the ideal connection from compressor to air-line service components through to complete ring mainand take off points. A compressed air system can be installed quickly and easily, reducing the need for specialist staff providing reducedproduction down time.

All the connections can be made with a simple push-in action, no need to prepare threaded pipe or solvent. The system will be ready for useimmediately and complex systems much more rapidly than traditional methods. Because of the ease of use, this system can bedisconnected, altered and extended.
