1. The duct from ID fan to chimney should have an inclination of 30 degwith respect to horizontal till the inlet of chimney.2.0 With respect to flue gas duct opening dimension, Flue gas velocity isaround 19 m/s for guaranteed firing condition. Kindly revise the flue gasduct opening dimension to maintain flue gas velocity of 15 m/s.3.Clouded dimension shall be under hold, until the receipt of Chimney GADrawing.

1.Kindly consider flue gas terminal point up to the inlet ofchimney as indicated

ISGEC agreed & the same is indicated in revised drawing

With respect to above point, kindly provide insert plateembadded details in the drawing.

We have shown the clear opening detail in the drawing.However chimney GA shall be submitted from your end todo our engineering activities.

Isgec to revise the duct connection near to chimney as

rectangular instead of circular.

ISGEC agreed & the same is indicated in revised drawing

Isgec to route the existing 200TPH flue gas ducting to thenew flue provided in new RCC chimmey and provide thechimmey connection details for existing 200 TPH boileralso with proposed duct routing

It is not in Isgec scope of work. Kindly take care thesame from your end.
