Symmetrical Pattern

• This flower has a symmetrical pattern. It has only one line of symmetry and that is right down the middle of the flower because the two sides would match up if you were to cut it in half vertically.

5 sided flower

• This flower has a circular shape but it also resembles a pentagon because it has five sides.

Circumference

• Since this flower has a circular shape, you can find the circumference which will be the distance around the flower.

• The radius is 1.5 cm• The circumference of this flower would be about 9.4 cm

Ratios

• The ratio of petals on the purple flower to the rose would be 5:20 because there are five petals on the purple flower and 20 on the rose.
