Passenger agreed to be brought to the hospital

HEMS in coordination with RD to mobilize team to visit the passenger

Inform RD of passengers in the list while being tracked by NEC

Start Tracing

HEMS NEC

GENERATE LIST of PASSENGERS

If cannot be traced, inform National Operation Center PNP for assistance in locating the passenger

then provide feedback to HEMS and NEC

If traced that he/she is a passenger of the flight, give instructions for the visit to the

passenger

Nose and throat swab done. Passenger is hospital quarantined while awaiting results

The PNP and Regional Office together get the passenger and bring to hospital

HEMS will ask assistance from PNP

Passenger refused to be brought to the hospital

Passenger picked up and brought to hospital for quarantine

Give the list of passenger/s to be visited to RESU and HEMS to inform respective RD

Continue hospitalization and management Home

Positive (with or without symptoms) Negative

Result of swab released
