2. To Start with1) FlowNavigator is the software utilizing FDT/DTM technology. To use this software, a frame application is required. ‘Field

Mate’ is bundled with this software package as Yokogawa standard frame application. The quality and operability of FlowNavigator is certified for use with FieldMate only. Please use ‘Field Mate’ as frame application. Also, you can use Field communication server included in FieldMate as a Communication DTM. For the installation and operation of FieldMate, please refer to the printed document

2) Before starting any operation, please carefully read the instructions in the user’s manual of FlowNavigator and obtain nec-essary knowledge about installation and operation of the software. The User’s manual “FSA120 Flow Configuration Software” (IM 01C25R51-01E) is provided as a Portable Document For-mat (pdf) file in the CD-ROM labeled “FlowNavigator”, and is located at <FlowNavigator CD-ROM>: \EJXMVTool_Manual.pdf

<FlowNavigator CD-ROM>: \DYFMVTool_Manual.pdf Set the FlowNavigator CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive of your computer and double click the name of the file.

3. Installation FlowFollowings are the flow of standard installation. As the procedures may differ according to the condition, please find details in each designated manual and follow the instructions.

Step 1 Confirm incompatible software does not exist, PRM and FSA210 (Refer to < Document No.2>)

Step 2 Install communication device software (For FOUNDATION fieldbus communication)

Step 3 Install FieldMate (Refer to <Document No.1>)

4. Important Notice on Flow Configuration Wizard● Supplemental explanation regarding Apply button When you click the Apply button, the flow parameters are temporarily saved to an offline database on your PC. To down-

load the flow parameters to the device, set “Download to Device” in the Offline Parameter screen. For basic information on the procedure for downloading flow parameters to the device, refer to Appendix A.

● Supplemental explanation for EJX910A/EJX930A HART 7 model Flow parameter configuration by FlowNavigator can be done by “EJX910 V2.1” DTM.

6. Information Provision Web SiteFor FieldMate and/or PRM users, the user’s web site has been already in operation as follows:https://voc.yokogawa.co.jp/PMK/Top.do

The FlowNavigator category within the above web site provides the latest software operation environment supporting information such as documents and update programs. After registration as a FieldMate user, you can find the “Download” → “FlowNavigator” menu by clicking the information icon on the top menu. Entering your FSA120 license number allows you to access the information menu for “FlowNavigator”.

Appendix A Flow Parameters Download ProcedureThe basic procedure for downloading the flow parameters to a device is as follows. Refer to Figure A-1, A-2.

Step1 Upload from Device

Perform “Upload from Device” so that the setting parameters (“Device Flow Parameters” and “Device General Parameters”) in the device are saved to the offline database on your PC.The parameters will then be displayed in the Offline Parameter screen.

Step2 Flow Configuration

Perform Flow configuration in accordance with the guidance in the Flow Configuration Wizard. “Device Flow Parameters” are output by Flow Configuration Wizard.Save “Device Flow Parameters” as XMV file (EJXMVTool) or VMV file (DYFMVTool) in the last menu, and click the “Apply” button.“Device Flow Parameters” are then stored to the offline database on your PC.

NOTEClicking on Apply does not download the flow parameters to the device.

Step3 Download to Device

Perform “Download to Device”. “Device Flow Parameters” will then be downloaded together with the “Device General Parameters” to the device.

NOTEGeneral parameter configuration for EJX910A/EJX930A HART 7 model (Device revision 10) can be done by “EJX910 HART7 DTM”. 2. 使用に際しての注意1) FlowNavigatorはFDT/DTM技術を使用したソフトウェアです。このソフトウェアを使用する場合は，フレームア

プリケーションが必要です。横河電機の標準フレームアプリケーションとしてFieldMateが付属しています。 FlowNavigatorの品質と操作性はFieldMate上のみで保障されます。FieldMateをフレームアプリケーションと

して使用してください。さらに，通信DTMとしてFieldMateに付属するフィールド通信サーバーを使用することができます。FieldMateのインストールと操作は以下の冊子ドキュメントを参照ください。

4. 流量設定ウィザードの重要な注意点

●［Apply］ボタンに関する補足説明[Apply]ボタンをクリックしたとき，流量パラメータは一時的にPCのオフラインデータベースに保存されます。流量パラメータを機器にダウンロードするために，オフラインパラメータ画面の「機器にダウンロード」を実施します。流量パラメータのダウンロード手順に関する基本情報については付録1を参照してください。

●EJX910A/EJX930AHART7形の製品に関する補足説明FlowNavigatorによる流量パラメータ設定は“EJX910 V2.1”DTMによって実行されます。詳細は付録2を参照してください。

5. ソフトウェアのバージョン以下に，パッケージのソフトウェアバージョン情報をまとめてあります。なお，ソフトウェアの最新バージョン/レビジョン番号はFieldMateのウェブサイトで確認してください。ソフトウェアのバージョン/レビジョン番号の確認方法は，取扱説明書IM 01C25R51-01JA の4.2.6項を参照してください。

上記のウェブサイトのFlowNavigatorのカテゴリでは，最新のソフトウェア動作環境をサポートする情報（例えばドキュメントや更新プログラム）が用意されています。FieldMateのユーザとして登録したのち，トップメニューから[ダウンロード]→[FlowNavigator]とアイコンをクリックするとFlowNavigatorのライセンス入力画面が表示されます。ライセンス番号を入力するとFlowNavigatorの情報メニューにアクセスすることができるようになります。

付録1. 流量パラメータダウンロード手順流量パラメータを機器にダウンロードする基本手順は以下の通りです。図付1.2を参照してください。

Step 1 機器からのアップロード

PCのオフラインデータベースに機器の設定データ（機器流量パラメータと機器汎用パラメータ）を保存するために「機器からアップロード」を実行します。アップロードされたパラメータはオフラインパラメータ画面に表示されます。

Step 2 流量設定

流量設定ウィザードの案内に従って流量設定を実行してください。流量設定ウィザードにより機器流量パラメータが計算されます。最後の画面のメニューで機器流量パラメータをXMVファイル(EJXMVTool)またはVMVファイル(DYFMVTool)形式で保存したうえで，“Apply”ボタンを押してください。機器流量パラメータはPCのオフラインデータベースに保存されます。

注記

Applyを押すだけでは，流量パラメータは機器にダウンロードされません。

Step 3 機器へのダウンロード

「機器にダウンロード」を実行します。機器流量パラメータは機器汎用パラメータと共に機器にダウンロードされます。

付録2. EJX910A/EJX930A HART 7形の流量設定以下に、EJX910A/EJX930A HART 7形の流量設定方法を示します。FieldMate でセグメントビューワを実行します。

FieldMateが通信の接続に成功した場合，画面に機器のアイコンが表示されます。

注記

EJX910A/EJX930AHART7形(機器レビジョン10)の汎用パラメータ設定は“EJX910HART7DTM”を使用して行います。EJX910A/EJX930AHART7形に対してFieldMateを起動すると“EJX910HART7DTM”が自動的に割り付けられます。FlowNavigatorを使用するときは“EJX910V2.1”DTMを手動で割り付けます。
