Floor maintenance is the procedure to maintaining the floor that should be doing by us as a housekeeping. We should knowing about this, because we will do this procedure periodically. With this procedure, we can keep the floor always clean and make it more durable.

WHEN WE SHOULD DO THE FLOOR MAINTENANCE ???

About the time for the floor maintenance, it depend on the area, there are:

High Traffic AreaMin 3 month per once, because this area traversed by many people, so that this area had a very fast frequency of soiling.

Low Traffic areaMax 3 month per once, Because this area is less traversed by many people, so that the frequency of soiling is slow.

The Steps of Floor Maintenance

SCOURINGThe purpose of this step is Cleaning or removing the dirt that has been patched with the floor. The steps are:

prepare the Floor Cleaning Machine and pair the round brush to the disc at the mouth of machine

Pour the nobla for 1 water scoop, and pour 10 water scoop of water to the vaporizer tank

activate the Floor Cleaning Machine and hold on the handle and push the coupling joint (Be careful, because the vibration is strong) and the machine will brush the floor

Pour the liquid (supplies) in vaporizer tank by push the Scour out on the handle and the liquid will be poured

Pour the liquid for several times per once After you brush the floor until the floor looks clean, the liquid will

change to be dirt. We have to suck it by wet vacuum cleaner.

ScrubbingOn the floor is having the old layer, just like the wax layer. This layer is not effective anymore, so we have to remove it. In this step, we will scrub the old layer and remove it from the floor. The steps are:

Pour the wax stripper to the pail, and mix it with the water sufficiently.

Put off the round brush which on the machine and change it with main disc with hard pad (black).

Pour the supplies which have been mixed to the floor. Activate the Machine and brush the floor until the layer

stripped. After finished, It will be seen on the dirt liquid on the

floor. suck the dirt liquid with wet vacuum cleaner.

Last step, the wax layer which patched on the floor has been removed. Of course, we have to give a new wax layer for the floor. So the floor will be protected by the wax layer from friction with our foot. The steps are:

pour the Traffic Grades (wax liquid) to the pail. Mix the Traffic Grades with the water

sufficiently. Pour the supplies to the floor. Brush the floor by machine with medium pad. Keep brushing until the wax layer patched with

the floor.

Waxing

Polishing

The floor has been overlaid. But not enough yet. We have to polish the floor so that the floor will be shiny. The steps are:

Pour the shine polish to the vaporizer tank, mix it with some of water sufficiently. After that,

put off the medium pad and change it with soft pad (white).

Activate the machine, and the machine will polish the floor.

Polish all until the floor seen to shine.

Buffing

Truly, the floor maintenance process has been done. But, we need a periodically cleaning process to make the floor keep looks good. This is the step that will maintain the floor periodically with some of supplies and material. We use lobby duster and conq-r dust in this step. We have to dust the floor with it. So, the floor always looks good and keeps clean for a longer time.
