Summary
• In transcription and translation, the DNA is unwound and unzipped by helicase and then the code is copied by mRNA. The mRNA takes the code to the tRNA which houses the anti-codons which are the opposite of the codons. The tRNA uses the anti-codons to get the amino acids and brings them in and they are then stuck together with peptide bonds.x
