These boilers are designed for use as part of a sealed
water central heating system
with fully pum
ped circulation.T
he pump, expansion vessel and associated safety
devices are all fitted within the boiler. T

Like all condensing boilers it will produce a plum

the flue terminal in cool w
eather. This is
due to the high efficiency and hence low flue gas tem
peratureof the boiler. It is norm
al and not a fault indication.

drain becomes blocked. D
uring freezing conditions this may
be due to the forming of ice in the condense drain external to
the house. Release an ice blockage by the use of w

To ensure the continued efficient and safe operation of the
boiler it is recomm
ended that it is checked and serviced atregular intervals. T
he frequency of servicing will depend upon
the site conditions and usage, but in general, once a yearshould be enough.
