TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ‘FLEXI-CARD’ MEMBERSHIP1. Carlisle United AFC (1921) Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act 2018 and as such information provided by you may be held in the database. 2. The card must be produced on purchase to receive discount in the Blues Store. 3. The club does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged cards. In the event of a member losing/damaging his/her card there will be an administration fee of £5 to replace it. 4. This membership is valid for seven home league fixtures of your choice throughout the 2021/22 Season. 5. It is up to you as the customer to book your match tickets and if you do not use them all throughout the correct season you cannot carry them over to the following one. 6. Purchasing a ‘Flexi-Card’ does not provide you with a seat or booking on reserve under your name, only a Season Ticket booking will do this. 7. ‘Flexi-Card’ savings can only be taken advantage of if the booking is made in advance: i.e., at or before 5pm the day before the fixture you wish to purchase for. 8. The ‘Flexi-Card’ is only available for adult tickets. 9. The ‘Flexi-Card’ savings will not be applicable to cup-ties, away games or pre-season matches. They will only apply to Home League Fixtures unless otherwise stated. 10. ‘Flexi-Card’ holders should be aware of the Ground regulations (on view at the Stadium) which must be adhered to at all times. Failure to comply with any such regulation could result in
confiscation of your ‘Flexi-Card’ and ultimately in banning orders being made against the holder. 11. Racial abuse, foul or abusive language, chanting or harassment is strictly forbidden and will result in arrest and/or ejection from Brunton Park. The club may impose a ban for one or more matches. 12. By applying for a ‘Flexi-Card’ you agree that you have read and understood the above terms and conditions and that you will abide by them.
