Our technology offers full support for electric vehicles, from unlocking and starting them up, through locating them and tracking their movement, down to communicating battery levels and number of kilometres remaining for each vehicle.

Through smooth integration with a number of 3rd-party in-car telematics tools, this ongoing monitoring of vehicles allows optimum planning, deployment and management of your fleet. 

How fleet sharing works

Asset Management – administrators can create,

remove, and edit car models and vehicle ID’s, track their

usage, schedule recharging, cleaning, maintenance,

servicing & repairs.

Company Management – administrators can register,

remove, and edit companies for corporate car sharing,

along with company wallet limits, billing methods

(prepaid, postpaid) and billing intervals (weekly,

monthly).

Locations with Regions – administrators can create,

remove, and edit regions and locations,

with details of their working hours, and define business

rules, such as minimum fees.

User Management – administrators can create,

remove, and edit users, enable/disable payment

methods (wallets, credit cards), membership status,

insurance coverage, training status and manage

contracts.

Billing & Payments – administrators can define types

of pricing, payment modes (top-up wallet, credit cards,

corporate accounts) and business rules, such as one-

way fees; verify status of user wallets, see, void, refund

credit card transactions etc.

Automated notification of users and operators–

push, SMS and e-mail notifications to users when

they reserve/use car/pay the ride, and of operators,

according to predefined rules or events (e.g. no available

cars on location, low battery levels, no GPS signal, weak

GSM signal, etc.).

Reporting – customizable reports for individual users

and companies (e.g. usage summary,

or details of individual trips).

Predictive Analytics – the platform learns from

collected data and can predict expected vehicle usage

and suggest how cars should be reallocated between

locations, to optimize their utilization without sacrificing

user experience.
