melt the dry yeast with a little waterput half of the flour in a deep bowl

mix dry yeast, salt, flour and knead itwait for about an hour

make 10 seperate parts from the doughmake pastry from these parts with flour

smash the boiled potatoesadd salt, pepper flakes and black pepper

put potato in every pastry and close it

Put a little butter in the saucepan and cook the Turkish waffle
