• The tournament will consist of at least 6 different scenarios which will be provided the first day of the tournament. Any scenario that uses the Free-For-All mission may be replaced with the Seize and Hold mission if one of the armies is an Allied Airborne Company. The Allied Airborne Company player must provide three Rommel's Asparagus for the defender to use during setup.
• 1750 points.• Festung Europa - Waffen SS and Soviet Guard armies are 1460 points• Festung Europa - British and US Italy Veterans are 1350 points
• Army lists including unit history must be submitted to [email protected] no later than September 11th, 2009. Army lists must include the following information:
• Player's full name• Player's email address• Army list being used (For example: Udarny Strelkovy Batalon)• Book or website reference (For example: Stalin's Onslaught)• Format of army lists should either be .pdf, .doc, .ppt or .xls.

from the table prior to starting the tournament.• Rounds will be determined by game play results and each player will be seeded
with an opponent of his caliber. • We will also attempt to match up Axis vs. Allies whenever possible but do not
expect every game to work out historically. • All qualifying players will automatically be registered for the National
Tournament so it will be very important to ensure that Regional Qualifier Tournament organizers receive the proper contact information. Please notify Battlefront Miniatures if you are unable to attend. Confirmation letters will also be sent to qualifiers reminding everyone of their participation and all qualifying players must RSVP Battlefront Miniatures U.S. at [email protected] by no later than September 11th, 2009 or risk losing their slot.
• International players must qualify in order to participate in the National Tournament.
Iron Cross Painting CompetitionAnyone is welcome to participate in the Iron Cross Painting Competition. There is a one time entry fee of $5.00 for anyone who is not competing in the National Tournament.

RULES1. All entries must contain nothing but Battlefront Miniatures. 2. Participants may enter as many categories as they want.3. Participants may not enter more than one entry per category. 4. Entries must be appropriately based and any excess basing or displays will be
ignored for purposes of judging. 5. All entries must remain with the judges until all judging has been completed.6. Iron Cross painting competition is an open competition for anyone who wishes to
enter. 7. National Tournament participants may not enter categories with components of
their army considering those components will be unavailable during the day. 8. All entries must be approved by the judges prior to displaying.
CATEGORIES
Best Platoon• Must contain at least 3 teams.• Must be a legal platoon according to the Intelligence Handbook or Army List
chosen from.• Must be based on the appropriate sized bases.Best Tank Team• Must be rated as a tank team with a top armor rating of at least 0.Best Infantry Team• Must be rated as an infantry team.• Must be mounted on a medium sized base. • Must contain at least 4 miniatures. Best Gun Team• Must be rated as a gun team.• Must be mounted on a medium sized base or a large base. • Must include the appropriate amount of crew.Best Diorama• Must be no larger than 6” x 6”. Best Objective Marker• Must be mounted on a large baseBest Overall• The winner from each category will be judged to determine the Best Overall
winner.
